Chapter 10: Chapter 10; What crime did they commit?
She strode out of the dungeon and saw the sink that was a step away she walked over and got near, she opened the tap and began cleaning them, " disgusting.. " her entire face was wrinkled.
She strode back into the dungeon gazing at the bodies, " Wei Tang, do you have anybody trustworthy? " They had to minimize their actions and find someone who could cover them up.
" No... I don't dare trust anyone at this level.. " he has always been diligent and honest, he understood the seriousness of the matter and didn't dare jeopardize her safety.
"We need to get rid of these bodies without anyone knowing or seeing.. " which was difficult as they saw Wei Liang being brought into the camp while Deng Xiaoping and the other officer hadn't committed any wrong, they won't be able to justify their deaths without a valid reason.
" How about we ask Mu Zhen for assistance? " He inquired worriedly as he gazed at her.
" No.. he doesn't have to know, I don't trust anyone around him apart from you..." Yeah, she could only trust this loyal guard because she understood how close he was to Mu Zhen and after his death, it was like a blow to him.
He was devastated getting news that drove him to depression.
Gazing at the bodies, she couldn't come up with a way to get rid of the bodies without moving them to another place.
Is there any secret door? Or underground tunnel?" She inquired curiously while she hopped off the desk as her eyes roamed around lazily.
" Yes, but still we have to go up to the ground of which we would still be seen. " He mumbled as he gazed at the corpses.
Now they were here stuck with no solution, they couldn't alert their enemies.
"I think we should think of a possible way we can get them out covered in sacks, I think we would have to wait until darkness settles in. " She had just muttered when they heard footsteps.
" Wei Tang, I just heard rumors that you are here accompanied by a beautiful lolli... Where is she? I want to see her?" A voice could be heard echoing along the hallway.
Ye Mei halted and turned around to gaze at the iron bars and saw Wei Lin who was walking over, it was also the closest man to Mu Zhu but she didn't trust him.
" Ohhh Wei Lin, thank you for coming around.. we need you to help us out and move these bodies to our car that's at the parking lot. " She ordered him, seemingly distant and her voice was cold.
Wei Lin was surprised that it was that little girl their Master almost got into an accident with. He hadn't told her his name, how did she know?
Wei Tang was faster in studying people's emotions through their responses and words, noticing something amiss he kept quiet.
" Why me? Let Wei Tang do the necessary but why would you Wei Tang kill these soldiers? What crime did they commit? " He turned around glaring at him after noticing the strangeness in their deaths.
Glancing at Ye Mei, she was such a tiny and beautiful lolli who wouldn't be able to handle even a small teenage boy who has just joined the military. She also looked scared.
Her physical features deluded them and that masked the reality beneath that tiny body.
"I will wait for those bodies in the parking lot, let's go..." He signaled Ye Mei as they strode out of the dungeon in hurried strides.
" Wei Tang, why can't you clean your own mess? Why do you have to involve me? " Wei Lin glared at the figures that were fast moving away, he felt annoyed and irritated.
"Why do I have to do his job?" He mumbled irritated, he hated being below him, and Wei Tang could order him as much as he wanted.
Wei Tang was very tactical and they left the dungeon going upstairs to the parking lot as they boarded their car and drove out.
Wei Lin had no option apart from fulfilling the duties he has been assigned to.
" Wei Tang, I want you to do a thorough check on all these vehicles that your Master uses. " Sitting on the passenger seat, she rummaged in all compartments and behind the mirrors getting small micro cameras that were transmitting every little detail.
When Wei Tang saw that little thing he frowned, it meant many of their men were traitors.
"Do you think...?" He wanted to speak out but Ye Mei hurriedly pressed her two fingers on his lips shaking his head.
They drove quite some distance away from the camp and checked their surroundings making sure there were no CCTV cameras before signaling him to park on the safe side hiding in the bush and they alighted after pinning the tiny camera back to where it was.
"Miss.." he hoarsely mumbled after realizing the kind of danger they might be facing.
"Don't talk about anything important inside the car, also make sure you are the only person who accompanies Mu Zhu and also instruct him not to take any phone calls in the cars or the office." She instructed him seriously, they had to use the same trap to get rid of their enemies one by one.
