Since she was using her powers, her shrieking echoed into the mansion and the people who were in the living room and study room got out to see what happened and saw Ye Mei who was all muddy and her face swollen, and not only that, but her lip had slit and it was bleeding.

Mu Zhen panicked as he rushed up the stairs to catch up to her but she was so fast that before he could get ahold of her, she was inside the bedroom and slammed the door shut.

"How can she be this mean!" she wailed loudly as Mu Zhen heard her from outside the door.

"Mei Mei.. open up the door.." he politely requested but Ye Mei lightly smirked as she whizzed a little, she had used her powers to slap her face and now she was paying the consequences.

"You are too rush and impulsive Mei Mei.." She muttered in her heart while listening to the sounds outside the door, but whenever she did this, her heart would miraculously calm down.
