(Time skip: 1 and 1/2 year before UA entrance exam)
—3rd person POV—
Not too far from the front gate of a large traditional-style Japanese house, a teen in a light blue hoodie can be seen standing his eyes was concentrated toward the ground as if seeing through the ground.
Nearby people walking on the street walk by him as if he wasn't there.
It was none other than Aki 'As an inspiring hero(Read: a man of culture) I must always strive to protect kids *cough*loli*cough*' he thought shamelessly.
'Ahh, There you are, finally found you' After that he disappeared from his position and appeared in a dark room with little lighting, with a bed in it.
A little girl was laying on the bed with her hand's curling around her knees.
Looking at her his heart pained, but first, he swept his hands towards the camera which was hanging at the corner of the room, some kind of mist formed in front of it, covering its lens.
Only After that did he make himself visible, and moved towards the girl.
The girl who was laying on the bed with listless eyes waiting for the next time "The Boss" will come to take her with him, to collect more blood from her, was suddenly swept in warm hands that embraced her.
She almost yelled but stopped with she felt a hand softly patting her.
"*Shess* it's alright I'm here to take you away from here" moving her head to look it was only to see a boy with blues looking at her warmly with a light smile on.
'This... this feels different than the boss, who is he?' Eri thought, But suddenly she panicked "G-go away don't touch me, I'm cursed! you will die".
She started to struggle, attempt to break free from Aki's hands.
" No! you are not cursed, That chicken face has always been lying to, don't you See? I touched you I'm still alive" Aki didn't let her go, because even if her quirk activated he is able to forcefully deactivate it.

He stretches out his hand and a bunch of hairs teleported on top of it which also disappears as soon as it touched his hands into inventory.
All this time while they were talking, he was also collecting hairs from Yakuza members.
After he was done, he took out a small pink dress from his inventory and helped Eri wear it. (No Lewd Loli).
Looking at her in pink dress Aki felt his sugar level rise 'Cute! How dare that Chicken face Bastard made such cute loli cry, death will be freedom for him!'.
"Now we are ready let's go!" They teleported on top of a nearby building, Eri closed her eyes due to sudden light.
Letting her down, he made her sit and took out a box filled with Apple Candies from inventory, he handed her the box.
"Here eat this, while I take care of little something, okay?" he patted her.
"you leave me?" Tears gathered around her eyes.
"eh? who said that? I'm not leaving you alone" Aki hurriedly explained.
He opened his mouth and vomited greyish coloured plasma which took his shape and a clone was formed.
Erik watched with wide eyes look back and forth between them "Hehe see that? cool right? he will keep you company till I'm done" Aki grinned.
—Scene break—
After getting back to Eri's (former)room, he made himself invisible and made the illusion of Eri and telekinetically hold Eri's previous clothes on the illusion making it look exactly like Eri.
---Outside the room---
A Yakuza member was sitting on a chair with a bored expression "Why do I even have to be the to guard that brat? Like anyone can even find this place, let alone attack it, those bastards must be enjoying drinks no-" He grumbling suddenly stopped as he heard a little girl's scream.
*Ahhhhhhh*
He hurriedly ran inside only to see Eri with her body arched, covered in yellow lightning screaming out loud in pain.
"What happened to you brat!? what do I do!?" He panicked seeing like that " Yes! I have to inform Boss this" just as he was about to run to call his Boss,
What he saw made his jaw dropped and his eyes popped out of the socket, The girl just disappeared "no no no where are you girl?!, Boss will kill me if you are gone!" Mob1(let us call him Mob1) hears footsteps behind.
Only to see more members with their faces covered in masks, rushing in after hearing the commotion "What happened?" Mob2 asked.
"I don't know the girl disappeared after screaming" Mob1 hurriedly explained
Then he explained everything from start to finish, so as to make it clear he had no hand in Eri's disappearance.
Suddenly, the crowd parted, The crowd parted revealing a pale man of narrow build with short, shaggy auburn hair, parted to the right. His eyes are thin, their irises small and gold, with rather long lower eyelashes and small eyebrows, His left ear had three ear piercings, his mouth covered with the Plague doctor mask.
"Why are you all being noisy?" After entering he looked are the room his eyes grow cold "Where is Eri?" his voice made Mob1 almost piss himself.
"B-boss, s-she disappeared, I don't what happened, I was guarding the room outside, t-then I heard her scream, I just ran in,
she was covered in yellow lighting and screaming in pain than next moment she disappeared" Mob1 explained his whole body covered in sweat.
Meanwhile, at the corner, Aki was enjoying the show with popcorn, he waved his hand and some kind of black mist flowed from his hand to Overhaul, it was only visible to Aki.
<Misfortune>
The mist merged into overhaul.
A man hurriedly came in with a tablet and rushed to Overhaul he has blue hair in the shape of arrows"Boss! Boss! look at this"
He played the video of the surveillance camera which was at the corner of the room, showing the same event which was described by Mob1.
"B-boss I think Eri's quirk backfired on her, and rewind herself" Hari Kurono tried to explain, he is the main researcher involved in studying Eri's quirk.
Hearing him Overhaul's breathing increased, Eri was his key to liberate this society from the plague known as quirk, now she is gone, he has to start over again and find a new direction, The more he thought it the more pissed he became.
"So? she is dead?" Overhaul asked Mob1 as he moved towards him.
"B-boss I don't know, maybe she is?" Mob1 started to Panic seeing the boss asking him the question.
"Then why are to still alive!?" The enraged Overhaul garbed Mob1's face and disassembled him turning Mob1 into a bloody mist, due to his mind clouded with rage he applied more power than necessary and disassembled ground beneath him and fall in it.
""""" Boss""""" everyone shouted seeing him fall in the pit.
Overhaul balance himself and landed on his feet only for his feet to suddenly sink in, and his face was bombarded by a disgusting smell.
Spots started to form in his face as he fell into what seems like an underground Gutter filled with poop and other waste.
Overhaul directly fainted from disgust.
In-room Aki was laughing his ass off, Who would have thought this room was just above the sewage canal?
Misfortune is a quirk he accidentally came across in a gambling den where a man was using it to cheat in gambling,
It only has one use that is whoever is targeted by this Quirk will attract all the bad luck/Misfortune within 10 meters of radius.
