Chapter 43: I Never Said You Could Butt In

She could never forget those eyes which trapped her seventeen years ago. A lot of people have black eyes but there was something unique about V's black eyes. Vincent's eyes happen to contain that uniqueness she has been desperately searching for in the past seventeen years.

"Those eyes, I could never forget them in a thousand years," Stephanie said still staring into Vincent's eyes.

"Is this the new method ladies use in hooking up with a guy? Although yours sounds a bit unique I find them cheap and uninteresting," Vincent spoke up coldly for the first time.

Does he think I am hitting up on him or what? And how dares he say that my words are cheap and boring? I just asked him a simple question that requires a concise answer so why is he being so full of himself?
