Chapter 1: Room of Rebirth
(General Pov)
Soren was an ordinary 20-year-old university student. He had light brown skin, black hair, and hazel brown eyes that were quite ordinary too. He did alright in studies to be able to get into a Russel Group Uni and enrolled for an Engineering course, but now that he was here after a year he found out that his life is still the same, if we ignore that he now had to cook and take care of himself in a new place too...
He thought that maybe now he would be able to relax a little, but then he got so buried in assignments and tests that he started to get stressed which finally led him to return to his old addiction of watching anime and playing games. This further lowered his grades which yet again made him isolate himself. This continued on till the current day...
(Soren Pov)
One evening, I was returning while listening to *Nightcore Wildfire by Zen - Kun* and with ice cream from a nearby Kaspas store while thinking about the pokemon game I am playing right now. I had a full team of max level Magicarps with TMs and was thinking about how amusing it would be when I destroy Lance with them when I suddenly fell forward after slipping on what might have been a banana peel and fell from the pavement towards the main road in time for a bus to be speeding towards me from the left!!!
I got no time to react and could only scream as the bus came towards me!!!
"Ahhhhh!!!!"
*Bang**screeching halting sounds* *screams**sirens*

.
I woke up groggily and winced a bit
"oof I bet I was wrecked by that damn bus, It hurt so much!!!"
'Huh...I don't feel pain anymore' I tried to open my eyes but it seems it's still dark...
I looked around and it was the same...
"fuu~ let's look at this calmly, I guess I am in some kind of coma. I have heard of people being able to think while in that state too..." I tried to move around and check if I could move in this state...
"hmm I don't think I have legs here haha" and by the looks of it it seems that I am in some kind of blob shape..." pfft...this is funny," I think I am not in the right state of mind.
I try again to calm down and relax. A few minutes pass...or hours? I don't know but now that I think I have calmed down I look around myself again..." hmm?" I tried to focus and I think I see some words written in blue a few meters ahead of me.
"Ohh what's this? It says : [Room of Rebirth]? hmm, I don't think people in a coma can see words around them...." It takes me a few minutes to realize that I might have died.
"?!?!"
"Holy Moly what the...No!!! I can't die, I have only studied till now! I wanted to live freely before dying dammit!!!"
"What the hell, If I died then what about my parents? Damn, they must be sad about it" I was not distant from my parents, my mom made sure to call me every day which I found quite annoying but now thinking about it I am quite grateful...
After a few minutes of being silent, I ruefully sighed and said, "I pray to god, that my parents move on and be happy". I could only wish that and now accept the fact that I have now died.
"Wait a sec...I died by Bus-Kun, and my memory is still not wiped, so maybe this might be a legendary Truck-Kun setting!!!" This cheered me up a little and filled me with hope.
I tried moving around and had a feeling of floating while I kept moving towards the large blue panel of [Room of Rebirth] which became larger and larger as I approached it. Then I saw a black hole-like thing beneath it, which I assume leads to this so-called Room of Rebirth.
I finally reached the swirling hole but didn't enter immediately. I mean if you see something this weird then obviously you won't enter like some dumb guy would you?
I stayed floating in front of it then moved to float around the black hole and inspected it from the front, behind, sides and saw that it's the same from all sides- a black swirling spherical hole in space - and there's nothing different on the other side too.
I stay around the hole and then proceed to look around the area once again to see if there are any godly items lying around here. I am the kind of guy that doesn't leave a map without trying to see if there are any hidden mechanics in the game hidden there so this was natural for me. Alas, I couldn't find anything around here but I kept looking for what seemed like days. I don't feel hunger or thirst so it's fine for me.
After searching thoroughly I finally found something that made the search worth it. It seems that far away from the black hole there was a ring suspended in the air which I assume deletes the memories. Why do I assume that? Well, because I could see round things like me entering it and coming out from the other side looking like a stream which if you looked closely seemed to reach towards the [Room of Rebirth].
"Huh, it seems I somehow got kicked out before getting my memories erased" I was quite glad at this discovery and was at peace from knowing at least a part of the process of how things work here. As an engineering student, it bugs me if I don't know the process of something clearly before moving on.
Now happy about this discovery I floated back to the [Room of Rebirth]. I had a bit of fear that I might not get to keep my memories, which to be honest I felt was what made me, without my memories, I am just another wiped soul that is a whole new person and definitely not me.
I hope the scene on the other side of the door is a place where I could meet R.O.B or maybe earth-chan so that I could choose my new life and that they(if they exist) don't outright decide to send me without memories. I don't think like those ungrateful novel protagonists that I have read about who think that they have a right to get wishes, I just hope to keep my memories and go to a peaceful world.
I took a deep breath and after some hesitation, I steeled myself and entered...
