'there is a bag full of money, then there is a fine katana though a bit rusty, two sets of black kimono, a chunk of pure chakra metal and finally basic swordsmanship and movement techniques that I learned.'
"I'd say a good harvest."
Said Alex, happy with the loot that he had got from the bandits.
[ALEX'S POV]
Alex: ''Well...I guess the sword needs some repairs and maintenance. But I can make do with it for now. But the most important right now is to collect Information about the forest that I am in as well as what point in time of the warring states era Mr. M reincarnated me."
'I hope it's not super in the past or all my meta knowledge will go down the drain'
After arranging all the loot that he had gathered Alex got ready to get the information out of the captured bandits. Transforming into the boss bandit.
since he had already absorbed the man Alex even had the same clothes. He vore the black bandana of the bandit around my head and strapped the katana on his waist. After which Alex headed towards another cavity of the cave to gather Information from his two captives.
After interrogating them...or rather simply asking them questions posing as their boss, Alex came to know about the current place that he was in.
Alex: "It turns out, I am the land of fire. Near the border of the Land of the waterfall and land of grass."
After finding out about his current whereabouts and nearest settlement Alex proceeded to figure out the time in the ninja world through historical events as well as clans.
[TIME OF INTERROGATION]
BANDIT'S BOSS (ALEX): " Now tell me what you know about the Senju and the Uchiha clan. what is the name of the clan head of both the clans?"
Bandit 1: "Ah...I-I know boss the head of the Senju clan is known throughout the land of fire. His name is Balma...no no. Butsuma Senju... I-I don't know much about the Uchiha clan boss..."
Bandit 2: "Boss I know about it boss... the Uchiha is a very dangerous clan known for their infamous sharingan. The head of the clan is known as Tajima Uchiha. haa... I answered all your questions boss. Leave me and kill Bantit 1 for stealing your gold."
Bandit 1: "Hay! Shut up you bastard. What are you talking about!".
Alex: "Shut up! both of you. Now tell me if you know about the sons of both the clan's heads?"
Bandit 1:"...."
Bandit 2: "I am sorry boss, but don't know about it".
Alex: 'Hmm....So either they are not born yet or they are probably still children and haven't made a name for themselves in the ninja world.....it's good news for me as I'll have some time to gain some advantages in the coming era.'
Thought Alex, As he knocked the Bandits unconscious and headed back to his bed contemplating what to do with the bandits.
Alex: "Well I have gathered all the basic information about the surrounding area from the Bandits. Now it's just the problem of what to do with the Bandits."
'I could let them go but since all their buddies are dead and some supposed investigations are going on they might snitch on me.
hmm...I should better make an avatar for myself when I go into public. Can't roam around looking like a wanted criminal and for the matter of bandits I can use them as training parents in a life-and-death match....for them.....they are not good people anyway. But then again with all the things that I have done....I am not a model citizen either.'
[3RD P. POV]
Thinking about all these things. Alex made a clone by splitting himself as practised before Alex called it the 'Hive Clone' as it was connected to him and was formed by him by splitting his body with the help of chakra and absorbed biomass.
Alex:" Oof... even though I have absorbed some chakra and biomass. It still takes a heavy toll on my body to do this technique"
'I guess I have to increase my physical as well as mental strength to use this technique to its full potential'
Thought Alex as he looked at the clone and started to change its appearance to make his new identity. After fiddling for some time with his appearance he had his avatar ready in front of him.
Alex: "Ha ha I sure look badass...I think I will call this avatar Naruhito since this avatar is a samurai."
Having done that Alex made his way back to the 2 bandits and carried them outside into a small clearing with the help of his clone. waking up the Bandits. Alex impersonating the boss bandit said: "Now....open your ears and listen carefully I am giving you an opportunity to get out of this alive. if you defeat this person right next to me."
Hearing Alex the bandit looked at a person they had never seen before. He was slightly above average height, Black haired with hair tied to the back and black-eyed with some beard, wearing a black kimono and carrying the black katana of their boss.

Picking up some spare clubs and rusty daggers that Alex had got from their camp the bandits looked at each other and sprang into action running towards the clone.
Alex being vigilante quickly parried and redirected the attacks of the Bandits and then proceeded to attack. the scuffle proceeded for some time as Alex quickly got used to the basic footwork and sword style that he had learned.
After some time the bandit could be seen lying on the ground marked with a bunch of sword wounds and sitting further away Naruhito was sitting on a rock and had little brushes and scratches here and there. The wounds on his body were healing albeit not as fast as naked to the visible eye but enough to recover in a good night's rest.
Alex:'Phew that was a good workout. I was able to perform the skills that I had learnt. Although the copied skills are a bit inferior to the original they can be overcome by practising the said skill. Also, since I had slightly more chakra and strength than the bandits, it didn't even matter if the proficiency of the technique was low. As I could just overpower them.'
Alex: "Hmm...I have prepared all that I can. now just one last thing is left before I leave this place."
