Chapter 1: Immortality?!?
They stared into the void there mind fuzzy remembering nothing about there personal life, the people they loved and cared for erased… They tried to cry only to realize their physical form had become incorporeal.
A creature of supposedly eldritch origins rose from what they had believed to be a floor of sorts, they thanked whatever gods they believed in that their mental capacity and understanding had surpassed any human in this strange state… as otherwise they would have lost all sanity left at the sight of this abomination.
It reached out and they understood it asked them what they wished for in their next life, how he would survive and strengthen their self, they pondered before recalling a character with immortality granted by drinking from the world tree. The ability to take what he wanted, to steal. Ban. They realized their first wish to take his form, his knowledge, his memoir would be theirs, ripe for the taking. The creature instantly flayed the knowledge into their mind causing what could only be described as hellish torture and could only be divined by the most horrifying creatures of nightmarish origin.
The pain eventually subsided but was seared into their mind along with the grand knowledge of the one known as Ban the fox sin of greed, master of the Holy Staff Courechouse, they decided upon their next wish they wished to advanced Ban's ability to steal so they can take 'super powers' a term usually reserved for lesser beings then their current self.
They then pondered worlds, universes, etc. Where they could best utilize their newfound power, they thought of a story, a game where a character was able to travel between multiverses thanks to there blood line a power that would be greatly useful to 'Ban'… hmm. It felt strange but it was better than no name especially with the fact they would be exploring a multiverse that seemed unnecessarily incessant on names.
They didn't require much thought for a weapon Ban's nunchucks/staff Holy Staff Courechouse would more then suffice.
This was all they could prepare in accordance with the old rules they couldn't ask for more nor could they ask for less, strange as the old rules may be they were to respected or incur the wrath of a being greater the yourself.
As they mentally composed there wishes the abomination drew back its hand and stated in the voice of many "It iS DoNe"….
Then once again he slid into nothing.
He?
It appeared they, no the man was once again organic and gendered.
Then he heard a woman say "open your eyes" correction a man? They appeared to lack breasts and any other noticeable womanly features, no upon further reproach they had not yet gained their 'womanly features' .
He then queried "where am I?" She responded simply "White Orchard" he questioned further "when am I?" she laughed, he frowned, seeing this she quickly responds "1272, may 1st" (wiki says that Witcher 3 starts 1272 and that Geralt gets the letter from Yennefer and the wild hunt attack Kaer Morhen in may)
He poses another question "have I missed the Witcher" she looks confused what witcher the sound of a griffin flapping it wings can be heard, the town goes silent before hearing the trotting of hooves on the stone of the villages bridge "that Witcher" he states while standing up and waking in front of the horses path unfazed his memories as Ban have caused him to ignore the potentially painful ramifications of being hit by a horse, The Witcher not having seen the 6ft11 man while riding his horse which granted him an extra 5ft11 inches to his height of 6ft2 so to say he was surprised to hear bones crunching under his horses hooves and to then be thrown out of his saddle causing him to roll and crouch instinctively holding a hand over his sheathed steel blade. He then looked at the 'corpse, that was appearing to slowly become less and less crushed he moved his hand to his silver sword instead as the 'man' stood up to his full height of 6.11 towering over sir Geralt of Rivia, the butcher of Blaviken, The white wolf, the ravix of fourhorn. Ban stared down at Geralt he cracked his neck and said "I thought you'd be taller White wolf" Geralt stared at the man who's hair was blue like a rich river, and clothes while damaged appeared leather dyed crimson similarly to blood. Ban then reached out his hand and waggled it in the air, Geralt having experienced this motion before reached out and shook the man's hand. however he stayed stood in a combative stance not yet relaxing. Then Geralt stated "you know of my name, what is yours" Ban quickly responded "Ban the fox sin of greed" he stated pulling back his jacket showing off his sin mark(not sure what they are actually called, tattoo didn't feel right). Geralt "fox sin of greed, Ban, do you require something from me, I am extremely busy." Ban said "I require something from Yennefer of Vengerberg" Geralt responds "I am searching for her as we speak" Ban curtly requites "Then i shall assist"

Third I made gluten free galaxy chocolate chip brownies at half 9 then spent 2 hours writing around 850 words not including this
