I made these new rules, for the slaves and low-class bitches:
1. All Slaves can get freedom for themselves and their families if they can reach the power level of 40,000. This will raise the Mortal level of this Universe and I will get in some good books.
2. Every person in my empire can raise their status if they increase their power level.
╘Slave = 0 - 40,000 power level.
╘Peasant = Below power level of 40,000. (The only difference between a slave and peasant is freedom).
╘Temporary citizens: Able to have some security and be exempt from some taxes.
≥Low-class Temporary citizens: 40,000-80,000 power level. Basically everyone except maybe the Ginyu Force.
≥High-class Temporary citizens: 100,000-200,000 power level.
╘Permanent Citizens: Provided a permanent residence, able to own land free of tax and do trade with only 20% tax. 10% for the High-class.
≥Low-class Permanent citizens: 300,000-1,500,000 power level.
≥High-Class Permanent Citizens: 5,000,000-15,000,000 power level.
3. No petty crimes will be punished if a high-ranking person does them, low-ranking people have to get stronger to ask for justice.
4. It is necessary to train in Gravity chambers every day for all members of the empire. Am I worried that the Saiyans will get stronger? No, because I am never letting them near my Empire, they will stay on missions far away, and yes they are needed to preserve the storyline.
Anyways I have given the instructions on how I want my empire to look like, I will post a picture drawn by me. This design is very good and it will allow my planets to move as a Galactic-class Warship, this is all possible due to a very intelligent race that was saved from purging, this race is very close to the Galvans in intellect and is very subservient. I call them Catops, but their name is way too long. This design also provides a lot of defense and movement capability, I have recently tasked them to build ships capable of Warp travel, they will be very important in future conquests.
Anyways the year is coming to an end and I have completely mastered both my Ki and body and I am getting ready for banging Zarbon's ass, I was holding myself back and I am pretty backed up.
Anyways I have turned on both my passive abilities now, and all I have to do is image training weekly to keep it in control. When I reveal my strength, the world will think that I have achieved all this based on my talent, and if anyone searches the past, there will be proof.
Anyways, I will try to achieve the Golden Frieza form, but it will have to wait. Anyways for my new skill.
