Chapter 138: Necthea Institute After-Battle Conference: Part 1

"Seems like everything is going swell at the very least…" Esmond thought once he entered the Spatial Ark Star World and headed straight over to the Necthea Institute who'd made some headway understanding the constitution of Cultivators.

"Tulluan found some startling information about the Cultivators from Astelan, which allows them to adapt easily to the World's Spiritual Energy." Janet explained to Esmond as she led him to the main laboratory.

Based on everything she'd understood so far, there was an organ that helped the humans of Astelan gather Spiritual Energy into their body.

In a similar region to the appendix organ of the body, the meridian as it was known on Astelan worked in various ways.

While it could simply act as the only that'd pool the gathered Spiritual Energy, however Tulluan realised another method to increase the speed someone could absorb Spiritual Energy and dramatically improve their strength.

When Esmond reached the Main Laboratory of the Necthea Institute, Tulluan led him directly into the auditorium which hosted not only the Thazukraans Scientists but also the Xlartanian, G.A.E Humans, Veveliaans, Xoplis and many other species of the Space.

The scientists had gathered together after going over all of the information they received from Astelan and the battle.

Some of the bodies had already undergone experimentation and examination to learn everything about them, including their equipment, so the scientists begged Tulluan to rope Esmond into the auditorium.

Surprisingly Esmond liked the initiative of the scientists and felt excited to discuss the plans for the possible evolution of the species within the Space.

The Aephaelian scientists that appeared at the Summoning Square in the Necthea Institute were quickly drowned in the relevant information until they understood the overall plans everyone had in mind.

Their assistance would be vital, especially after their knowledge and technology reached the minds of the scientists at the Necthea Institute and Mutant Academy, even though they focused on Mutant Powers.

The teachers at the Academy believed the addition of an organ like the meridian would increase the powers of their mutant genes and also help them understand their abilities better.

Esmond could see some of the professors from the Mutant Academy had joined the auditorium, obviously wanting to ask their own questions and ask for some help.

.

"The Meridians can range from 12 primary ones to as many as 670, but its dependent on the body and training ability of the individual to reach such heights.

Regardless of that, based off Chinese medicine it is entirely possible to achieve some sort of harmony in each body to allow the citizens of the Space to enhance themselves beyond a normal Thazukraan, human or Xlartanian.

Not only will this increase the abilities of each citizen within the Space, but we can also ensure the safety and wellbeing of the people if they choose to leave the Space and travel one day.

Especially those living on the islands of the Seven Seas Kingdom or what some have come to call 'The Septum Aecors of Terra', they need to learn ways to keep themselves safe.

According to the data we've gathered in the Virtual Labs, by using the acupuncture medicine of the Chinese culture by forging our needles from Spiritual Essence infused materials, it should help open the 'meridians' of the body.

Once that occurs, the process after that is finishing the right training manual to help gather Spiritual Energy.

Kizelar said the Library of Raibeelze has plenty of books and manuals to help the people, but I would hope the Lord could help in this situation by creating enhanced training and energy absorbing techniques."

Tulluan started the conference off without bothering to do introductions and got straight to the point.

His comments quickly made the scientists revise over the data sent to their HUD systems of their Wristbands.

One of the Yautja scientists couldn't help but squeal with delight like a giddy child who received an early Christmas gift.

A big problem of the Yautja was not being able to increase their strength after a certain period of extended time.

Esmond tried to help by improving the foundation of the younger generation, but the older members wanted to provide their own strength as well.

Now that the meridians were a possible option to enhance their power, the Yautja scientist asked to trial the experiments on a member of their race within the Scientists intranet group chat.

Most of the scientists refused the notion straight away, explaining it was dangerous and untested but scientists from the Great Warring Clans and Xlartanians couldn't help but agree with the Yautja scientists.

They cursed their luck that they didn't make the suggestion first but even then, they planned to be the next group to have their meridians opened up for training.

.

"Since when did I fucking taking in only muscle heads within this darn place…?" Esmond accidently said aloud as he sighed at the words of the more aggressive scientists.

They all found it hilarious that their Lord who was known as a true monster on the battlefield, found their actions distasteful.

Even then, they didn't hold back their thoughts on trying out the procedure to make them all stronger.

"Since your dumbass became known to attract all that should be lost to time and destiny.

Like, are you fucking serious Esy?!

The damn Aephaelian should be extinct and never able to return to the world, yet here they are serving you and happily at that as well.

You do understand, the humanity and powers in your hands will transform the Sol System to become a First-Rate Nation immediately in the galactic society.

We both know how precious and costly implants are and for the people of the Sol System to have the very best will turn plenty of people jealous and envious enough to find us."

Carter appeared right beside Esmond and looked over at the Aephaelian scientists for a moment before looking back at Esmond.

His words weren't loud enough for anyone to hear besides Esmond but still, the Lord of the Space wasn't happy with Carter's behaviour.

"Nobody is going deep into outer space and if we send anyone, I will rather let an android take over the task than send someone from within the Space.

When we make our presence known, we must take the world by storm, otherwise we'll end up as someone else's puppet." Esmond worried more than anyone about establishing his Empire.

In the Galactic society the scaling system for 'nations' in space was much different to how they treated the nations on Earth.

At the very bottom of the scale and where Earth would start without Esmond's help would be a 5th Rate State City.

A planet typically was identified as a city rather than a nation or kingdom in the galactic society.

Because humanity of Earth hadn't expanded beyond their own planet, they would be seen as primitive and truly a 6th Rate City.

Only after humanity reached Mars could Earth be recognised as a 5th Rate City but since there wasn't a 6th Rate City Level on the Scaling System of Galactic Society, Earth saved itself further embarrassment and misfortune.

Once humanity expanded out into the rest of the Sol System, other Empires, Nations and Kingdoms could try to seize the space.

In fact, once the Astrok Empire discovered Earth in 2050 in the past life Esmond lived, they would have no doubt sent in spies to take over the leadership of the planet and slowly align them to side with the Empire later on.

Of course, that wouldn't be happening this time round, but only after Earth became a 3rd Rate City by enhancing its offerings throughout the Sol System to act as a transport station for all races and species.

Esmond preferred to turn Earth into a 1st Rate City that was part of a 1st Rate Empire.

There were 6 ranks for Cities that were scaled by technology, offerings, markets, and general experience for travellers.

Strength, security, and wealth also played an important part, but that only became possible once people of their home world explored beyond.

Earth would need to inhabit three other nearby planets in the closest Star Systems to be known as a 4th Rate Star State.

Earth's humanity still wouldn't receive any benefits from the Galactic Society Council to protect their borders.

Only after the surrounding Star Systems exceeded 6 that was heavily connected and congested with traffic, would the Galactic Society Council finally erect a diplomatic station on Earth to proclaim their laws and conducted within deep space.

They would set up some protective measures to help the Star Systems in Earths control, but it would require Merits or Credits to purchase.

At that point the real fool's game would begin for the bottom feeders of the Galactic Society Council unless they realised the path to the future before it took over and left them in the past.

Strength of Star State and the rank above known as Star Nations were typically led into battles and forced to fight stupid wars for no reason but to nurture warriors who could fight against the other members of the Galactic Society Council.

The true purpose of the Galactic Society Council wasn't only to create warriors who could fight against the alien empires on their border of control and influence.

More than anything they wanted to learn how to create the strongest warriors who could lead the Galactic Society Council to take over the entire Milky way Galaxy and lead humanity further on to take over Andromeda.

The Galactic Society Council also included races besides humanity, they were considered members of humanity regardless because the small visual differences were rather attractive in between the different species.

If Esmond wanted to ensure nobody could screw with his people, he needed to transform the Sol System and another further Star Systems that'd fall into his control to sustain life on nearly every planet.

By showing he could provide more and more places for humanity and its sister species to live peacefully would make Esmond highly desirable by the Galactic Society Council, but Esmond also knew many people would try to have him killed instead.

One of the main reasons the battle with the other aliens' races continued to this very day only happened because humanity within deep space took up a great deal of land on thousands and thousands of planets.

As States, Nations and Kingdoms fought to save the space of the Galactic Society Council, most of them found the costs was too much as their best who either join the Galactic Society Council Army or died in battle.

.

"Well, if that's the case regarding the meridians from Astelan, why did it need to be brought up in the auditorium?" Esmond spoke up once he realised the topic of meridians wasn't a difficult subject that it was made out to be.

"*Sigh* Mainly because we have no one who is proficient enough in Chinese Medicine within the Spatial Ark Star World." Tulluan explained with a sorrowful expression.

As the Head Scientists and Dean of the Necthea Institute, Tulluan felt helpless at the lack of results his searches brought him, but while it seemed like a major problem for him, Esmond didn't think much of it.

"Either entice someone enough from China to come and serve us or go over to Astelan and ask Rahzil to sort out the Exalted Night Heavenly Sect to help us.

They now serve us, so it best to make use of those resources immediately." Esmond's solution to the matter quickly brought the subject matter on the topic to an end as the conversation changed to focus on other ideas.

One of the subject matters included the application of the Dwarven Race who had joined the Grandmaster Smith Halkgon Starforge to craft weapons for the Sect on Astelan.

Of course, a portion of the Dwarves wanted to try out other jobs and tasks within the Space, but nobody knew exactly what.

Eventually it was decided that they could take residence within the Vaadan Region and set up a store to sell their products if they wished.

Surprisingly when the Dwarves learnt about this, they quickly set up a foundation of their own within the Space which would help the Dwarves understand how their people would be fairing over on Stovi.

Halkgon supported the decision and even requested to see Esmond, however he had to be postponed before now since the meeting in the auditorium had yet to finish.
