I'm going to say what I plan in the future of this story (not in much detail but big plot points) right below this incase you guys are interested if not then don't read it
Spoilers in order
Issei unlocks balance breaker before riser fight and beats him easily
After riser arc issei manages to talk to his past hosts and inherits a few of their abilities ( multiply and reverse transfer)
In fight against kokabiel he unlocks illegal move triaina
He uses reverse transfer on kokabiel and gives the fallen angel power to Akeno
In fight against vali he unlocks queen mode and obtains a part of divine dividing
Uses the info in konekos hair clip to try and become a super devil himself (he research's it and doesn't become one straight away)
Trains with tanin to increase base power and increase base power
Against loki he was able to partly tap into divine dividing and use juggernaut drive with draining his own life force
Able to merge fenrir's (god slaying) teeth with his sacred gear
