Chapter 3: Entering the Naruto World (Part 1)
After Oliver turned into the beam of light he instantly shot down from the heavens and descended towards the Naruto World.
After what felt like hours of traveling through empty space, he felt a tug as the beam of light suddenly changed from it's normally straight path to straight downwards.
Oliver looked towards the beam of light and his mood improved.
In his view was a world similar to earth, however it had one uniquely shaped supercontinent with several smaller islands.
If anyone was remotely close to the beam of light, they would have hear the sounds of a fanboy in the heat.
Oliver: "IT'S THE NARUTO WORLD!!!"
Oliver: "YES!"
Oliver: "TIME TO LIVE MY DREAMS!"
However, the beam of light slowly started to change, from it's originally bright golden lustre it started to dim before eventually vanishing and turning completely invisible and undetectable.
This is not by coincidence, rather, it is a part of the reincarnation process created by god, in order to ensure minimal complications occurring during a transmigration.
The course of the light slowly became more clear as it is entering the atmosphere and starting to slow , giving Oliver adequate time to slowly hype up who he will be before his untimely disappointment.
Oliver closely observed the area that he was descending to, and realized that he was going to end up roughly somewhere in the Land of Fire, hopefully Konoha.
Oliver: "I'm in the land of fire, ok ok that's cool"
Oliver muttered to himself, clearly giddy and nervous about what is to come.
Sure enough, in another few minutes, as Mizuki shot through the sky, he saw his destination.
Oliver: "IT IS KONOHA! YES! I GET TO MEET ALL OF MY FAVOURITE CHARACTERS, AND-"
Oliver: "Holy Shit!"
Oliver Muttered under his breath, seeing the hokage mountain. But what surprised him was that there were only three faces on the mountain rather than the four at the start of the series.
Oliver quickly realized what this meant.
He was too damn early.
How would he interact with his favourite main characters now?
How could he romance the best girl Hyuga if she was more than ten years younger than him!
He didn't want to be a pedo!
Oliver: "Oh No"
You can hear the sound of Oliver's enthusiasm starting to drop, as he began to feel all of his original plans evaporate into dust.
Plans on reincarnating as Naruto, taming the Kyuubi early, and learning the Hiraishin?
Gone.
Plans on romancing Hinata and a couple of other girls as well?
Gone.
Plans on relying on plot armour?
Gone.
Oliver: "No...No..No.NoNoNoNoNo"
Oliver muttered those words to himself like a mantra as his fall to earth continued.
The now transparent ray of light then started a downwards spiral before his beam of light hit a child with long white hair in the back of the head, causing him to fall over.
Oliver groaned, realizing that his body was lying face first on the ground.
Wait..Body?
In that moment, Oliver suddenly realized that he had a physical body again.
Oliver: {God damnit, I never knew how much I would miss this damn thing. }
He instantly became overjoyed upon realizing that he had a body again, desperately trying to cheer himself up.
But first...
In a fluid and quick movement, Oliver quickly moved aside the top of shorts, confirming that at least something was going his way for once.
Oliver: "Thank fuck I'm still a boy"
Oliver softly muttered to himself.
Oliver: "I might be behind in the timeline, but im sure its not by much, at max its by a few years so I'm totally fine"
He was desperately saying to himself, trying to reassure that his hopes could still become a reality.
It was at this moment that Oliver heard the high pitched voice of a small child.
???: "Hey Mizuki, Are you alright?" he heard the voice ask.
Oliver: "I'm totally fine..Wait, Mizuki!?"
Oliver: {I was just reincarnated as fucking Mizuki! And that voice sound like Iruka?}
Oliver quickly got up and dusted himself off. Looking up his fears were confirmed when he saw the reflection of a boy with long silver hair staring back at him in the reflection of a window.
Yup, He was Mizuki alright.
Oliver: {No..this can't be happening. No. Goddamnit things weren't supposed to work out this way, I can't have reincarnated as a fucking tutorial boss.}
Oliver was in the middle of having an internal break down when he heard Iruka ask again, who decided to repeat the question after seeing Mizuki act strange.
Iruka: "Hey Mizuki, are you sure that you're alright?"
As soon as Iruka said those words, Mizuki felt a pain shoot up his spine as memories of the former Mizuki shot into his brain.
These memories were all greatly disturbing, with Mizuki being a psychopath who honestly just wanted attention to the degree that he took joy in the pain of others.
Even Iruka, who he knew since he was a toddler and who was his best friend.
Oliver: {As much as the old Mizuki was a bit of a psychopath, can't say I'm gonna be much better, at the very least I will do what it takes to survive, although I won't be a bigot in the future, so thats a plus.}
Although he was disappointed as he was about not being able to interact with all of his favorite characters, he had to accept things and move on.
After all, even if things were not perfect, he still had the opportunity to be reincarnated as a fucking ninja.
And he would still be able to be their sensei.
Mizuki let loose a small chuckle imagining himself berating Sasuke for being an edgy moron.
No way in hell was he gonna let that opportunity slide.
....
Meanwhilst, in heaven god was in the middle of very important business.
He was sitting on his knees with his arms tied behind his back with a rope and swelling and bruising all over his body.
Above him stood his wife.
A beautiful middle aged woman with Dark brown hair and eyes wearing a kimono, showing off what could only be described as an airport runway, as there was a lack of any curvaceousness in her chest.
Goddess: "What did you say?"
She asked as she raised her slipper over her head yet again preparing to give God another beatdown.
God: "I'M SORRY I WON'T DO IT AGAIN!!"
God screamed out loud quickly before kowtowing to his wife, smashing his head against the floor so violently that it caused tremors to echo throughout the entire space.
She looked at him with a sadistic smirk before turning back to loving housewife at the flip of a switch, almost as if another person completely
Goddess: 'So, Why were you evilly laughing earlier?
At the point, god's evil smirk resurfaced yet again.
God: "So I sent this kid to the naruto world.."
Goddess:"Ok"
God: "..as Mizuki"
At this point the seemingly motherly and caring goddess also had developed an evil smirk as she laughed alongside her husband at our poor MCs misfortune.

couldn't find anything about Mizuki's parents but I made a leap of logic and said he was an orphan bc any reasonable parent would help teach their child things like not being a sadistic asshole.
Haven't decided whether or not here will be harem but if there is it will be small (not more than 5)
