Chapter 18: Chapter 16 Swear to me!

[3rd Person POV]

Detective Flass was walking down an alley at night after stealing from a falafel vendor. As he was taking a bite, he suddenly gets pulled from his foot all the way up to the roof of the nearest building. Upside down he was so freaked out at the man who looked like a demon holding his hair.

"Where were the other drugs going?!"

"I never knew. I don't know." He said with fear in his voice, " I swear to God--"

"Swear to me!"

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHGGGGGGGHHHH!" And he falls all the way back to the ground floor then up back to the demon looking man again.

"I don't -- I don't know. I never knew. Never. They went to some guy for a couple days

before they went to the dealers!"

"Why?"

"There was something --

Something else in the drugs...

..something hidden."

" What? "

"I never went to the drop-off point.

It was in the Narrows! Cops only go there when they're in force. "

"Do I look like a cop?"

"Nooooooooooooooooooooo --!"

And then he's cut loose but hurting all over. yet when he looks to the roof, the demon looking man was gone as if he was never there in the first place.

---

A few minutes later, Batman finds where the other set of drugs went. This was when he was found by Dr. Crane AKA Scarecrow and falls out the window in flames. But since Venom no longer has that weakness, it was only a mild inconvenience at best. But batman was dosed with fear toxin. So it was more of a chemical induced psychological attack.

Instead of calling Alfred, since batman knew he had a sentient being as his costume, he called out to him instead to take over to get him back home. Venom then took over and a few hours later he was back home. He then called Alfred to tell him what happened which then follows the scene from the movie. Venom doesn't interfere as much in order to make sure the events still stay and follow the timeline he remembers. Venom knows, batman needed to get through this to get over his fears.

While waiting for Lucius Fox to finish the antidote, Venom simply sits upright in a nearby chair and continues writing, drawing and planning the next game he wanted produced.

After Lucius came back with the antidote, Venom pretended to be unconscious again and let him cure batman. Since Alfred and Lucius are waiting for batman to wake up, Venom simply uses this time to plan ahead on his next moves.

[Venom POV]

Okay so I've just realized that being Bruce is also still very limiting for me if I need to copy other abilities from other characters. Being limited to daylight when it's my turn makes in very inconvenient. I have to plan ahead and make sure I don't get in batman's way.

That's when it hit me.

If I can't get to far away places because of my time limits, what if I can remove myself from batman but leave a part of myself for his activities? But the only way for that is if I make an offspring which I don't want, or copy a cloning ability from a meta.

I quickly remember one such person that fits that description.

Danton Black, AKA Multiplex. I sort of remember him being a person who worked with Martin Stein in comics or going after that CEO Simon Stagg in Central City. Either way, I have a general idea how to track him down.

With his abilities, I can leave a copy for batman while I go around grabbing other meta abilities. Okay this is getting way too exciting for me. I need to calm down a bit.

But either way, looks like I've got my next target.

Something else I need to keep track of would be the villains I need to remove. This world is already too damn dangerous and I don't need repeat offenders. Joker, probably after batman beats him and leaves him hanging upside down, I might target him then. Lex Luthor, maybe when he actually starts to become evil. While I'm no saint, I do consider myself to be on the side of somewhat decent or the light side. Neutral at least. It would make me feel guilty if I eliminate Lex before he even becomes evil. Maybe I can just leave him be till he reaches a point I can consider to be beyond saving. With 10 seasons worth of knowledge on Smallville, I think I can have several moments to take him out.

Damn I wish I read more DC comics or something. This gives me a lot of blind spots but nothing I can do about that now. At least with Boy Scout's cells, I'm mostly certain I can survive most calamities now.
