Golden Wheel Reincarnation Explosion
While being in the Tenseigan Chakra Mode, Toneri focuses a tremendous amount of chakra into one of his Truth-Seeking Orbs and grasps it in his hand to create a giant golden sword of pure chakra, capable of easily slicing the entire moon in half with a single swipe. He could also focus it into a single blast, capable of blowing away the crust of the Moon with ease.
Localised Reincarnation Explosion
Toneri focuses his chakra cloak into one hand and creates a green orb that passes through the target's body, absorbing their chakra and leaving them unconscious. This attack was able to reach the moon's surface, creating an explosion and causing massive damage to the moon, which resulted in a formation of large meteoroids moving towards Earth. This technique was also able to engulf Naruto's Rasengan.
Projection Technique
This technique enables the user to make a hologram of themselves in order to send a message.
Puppet-Cursing Sphere
Toneri moulds his chakra into the form of a green-coloured sphere. The sphere can be used for various purposes such as controlling targets by entering their body, rendering a target unconscious, absorbing chakra from a distance, and detonating if needed.
Sensing Technique
Allows sensor type shinobi to mould chakra and change it to the sensor type. This enables them to detect and track down targets signatures. The range of this technique varies between sensors.
Silver Wheel Reincarnation Explosion
While using Tenseigan Chakra Mode, Toneri focuses his chakra into one of his Truth-Seeking Orbs and grasps it in his hand to create a powerful silvery typhoon. The power of this gust is on par with Naruto Uzumaki's Planetary Rasengan and the clash between the two techniques was enough to break through the Moon's exterior crust.
Tenseigan Chakra Mode
Appearance
When Toneri activates this mode, he gains a cyan-coloured chakra shroud with six magatama markings on his collar, dark markings over his eyebrows and lower eyelids, and a single horn shaped like Kaguya's extending from his forehead. The shroud constantly radiates flickering flames of chakra, and his clothing and hair continuously billow upwards as if caught in a strong breeze.
Abilities
This mode is said to be roughly on par with Naruto Uzumaki's senjutsu-enhanced Nine-Tails Chakra Mode. Upon activating this form the user gains access to nine Truth-Seeking Orbs, and Toneri displayed the ability to amplify their power by infusing them with chakra, turning them into glowing cyan orbs. In addition to shaping them into shields and dividing them into smaller orbs to launch high-speed barrage attacks, he was also able to transform a single orb into an ornate cage which he used to imprison Hinata Hyūga while battling Naruto. The Truth-Seeking Orbs were also utilised in his Silver Wheel Reincarnation Explosion and Golden Wheel Reincarnation Explosion techniques, which he used to create an incredibly powerful silver typhoon that obliterated the moon's crust and a massive golden sword that cut the entire moon in half.
Rinnegan
Deva Path
Grants the user the ability to manipulate attractive and repulsive forces with objects and people.
Asura Path
Grants the user the ability to augment their own body to summon mechanised armour and various ballistic and mechanical weaponry.
Human Path
Grants a Rinnegan user the ability to read the mind of any target by placing his hand on the target's head or chest and yanking the soul out of the body. Though it provides intel by getting well guarded secrets, the technique inevitably kills the target.
Animal Path
Grants a Rinnegan user the ability of summoning various animals and creatures to aid it in battle.
Naraka Path
Grants the user two main abilities: interrogation and restoration, by using the King of Hell
Outer Path
A ability granted to wielders of the Rinnegan, which affords them the power to control life and death. With this power, the user is able to revive the dead.

I removed the Preta Path and some of the outer path because they are useless in Jujutsu Kaisen. Also I just copied this fro wiki so yay I was not going to research for hours. I am going to give him Strength of a Hundred Seal the description is:
The Strength of a Hundred Seal is a jutsu from the Sage of Six Patha era, that requires extremely delicate chakra control.By storing a vast amounts of chakra over an extended period of time into a specific point on their body — usually the forehead — the user creates this seal, which manifests in the form of a rhombus-like marking. Once the seal is formed, the user's already impressive chakra control allows them to perform techniques without any wasted energy. When released, the seal will either spread across the user's face or wrap around their entire body. The stored chakra is then released into their body, greatly amplifying the power of their techniques. The seal will permanently remain in the centre of the user's forehead, presumably so that the user can keep on benefiting from its effects.
