Chapter 79: Chapter 68
In Limbo,which is a purgatory-like plane of existence, just out of reach of Peace. By all appearances, it reflects the natural world devoid of the living and the sun never rises. While some parts of Limbo seem desolate, others places, such as Mystic Falls, are teeming with scores of lost souls, both human and supernatural alike. At least in regards to humans, those in a coma can also slip into Limbo, though they remain physically alive.
There is a young man with black hair and fair skin. He has a slim athletic build,next to the stranger is a tall, skeletal being with sharp facial features, such as empty eye sockets, a crystal-like crown upon the top of his skull, and pointed teeth that line his jaw bones. Each of these features glows a dim blue.
The being in question asks in a raspy tone"Are you really going back to your family,Henrik?"
Yes,it was none other than the youngest Mikaelson Henrik,who smiled at the Skeletal figure and replied"This is my chance to get back,I have gathered enough power to jump back."
he hugged the figure and muttered"Goodbye,Lynn."
The skeletal figure glows and slowly transforms into a tall female with a strong, athletic body. She has light brown eyes and brown hair with dirty blonde hair that she wears down with two side braids.This was Hades or Lynn as she goes by now,who cried seeing her adopted son leave and said in a sad tone"I will miss you."
Henrik breaking the hug replied"Don't worry,I will kill Zeus and break your curse."
Lynn shook her head and said"You don't have to do that,you know."
Henrik not taking any of that replied"No,you have the right to be free."
Lynn smiled as Henrik held his hand out and started chanting a spell,which created a portal.Just then Lynn yelled"Quickly go,the portal won't stay open for long."
Henriks teared up and waving goodbye jumped into the portal disappearing into the darkness.
While in Salvatore Boarding school,Alex was working on his new project, which was something he was curious about after the arrival of Dark Hope.He had to modify a lot of her initial ritual methods, since this was practically jumping to a different world.He was bored,since they only had to worry about Tamae no mae,who was being hunted down by Klaus and Marcel,since Clarke pretty much revealed her location.
Also,Tamae no Mae ability to use illusions were negated with Klaus and Marcel wearing rings enchanted by Alex himself.
Now the only other threat was the gods,who were in slumber and they didn't have to worry about them too much,since Kol and Davina are searching for Hephaestus or otherwise known as Jen.
Hope after coming back from talking to her aunt noticed Alex was really focused on his work and being a curious girl, she leaned in to find out what it was about.But she couldn't understand any of it and questioned"What is this about?"
Alex without looking away answered"A method to travel into a different world, I was curious about this after the other Hope arrived in our world.Not the parallel world like hers.I mean like those that are deemed fiction in our world."
Hope understood where Alex was going,he was talking about books like Harry Potter,Percy Jackson....etc right."
Alex stopped his work and turning to Hope explained"Yes,I am researching a lot on the topic."
Hope was still in shock and curiosity and questioned"Is that really possible, I mean going to a world like Harry Potter or MCU from ours."
Alex nodded and explained"It is really hard, I mean the hardest part in navigating through these worlds.I can't get to that part at least not yet."
Hope was really excited about this and asked"We could go on adventures to all these amazing worlds.I mean this would be dream come true."
Alex nodded, while Hope quickly sat on his lap and kissed his cheek shouting"You are the best boyfriend in the world."
Alex smiled at her, while then started making out and it was getting passionate, when Freya barged in.
This caused the two to jump away from each other, while Freya looked away and seeing everything was okay with a grin said"I should have knocked."
Hope blushed and didn't want to be a teased quickly cut in"What is it, Aunt Freya?"
Freya seeing this sighed and replied"We found the Forge Goddess."
