( Miu's POV )
When I heard Matsu talk about powerful Megalos, I ran to the nearest one without hesitation, I wanted to be the first to kill those Megalos.
Uzume, Chiho, Felli y Emilia ran after me but I didn't bother slowing down if the Megalo was strong as Matsu said, speed was necessary and if it wasn't a big deal I would kill it in one move.
When our enemy was in sight, which was a giant white snake with many starfish attached to its body, I jumped up and swung one of my Katanas to decapitate it, my katana passed through his flesh and bones like water.
Its giant body fell lifeless in a second and I could only tilt my head in confusion and disappointment.
Meu: huh? Is that all?
After defeating the megalo I was going to call Matsu to complain about the false information she gave us but I stopped when Uzume scream at me.
Uzume: hey, watch out!
I looked to my side where I saw the headless body of the serpent doing a tail sweep at me, I put my katana in front of me and when the attack connected the force of it caused another piece to be cut while I barely moved from my spot, after that the three parts of the snake began to wriggle and in an instant, they regenerated into three new giant snakes.
When the snakes regenerate they all jumped at me, fangs first, I jumped back and sent a blade of wind that cut one of the snakes in half lengthwise, The others stood next to me and again we saw how the two halves became two snakes.
Uzume: I think we already established that cutting doesn't work.
Miu: I thought that aiming for the head would do the trick, I guess I'm out of ideas.
At that moment we received a message from Matsu to offer support but I rejected it, I'm just warming up.
Uzume: if cutting doesn't work, what about smashing!?
One of the snakes lunged at us and Uzume smashed its skull in with a punch, we waited for the result and after a few seconds, her head began to return to normal.
Dealing with these Megalos was getting annoying so I pierced his head with one of my Katanas, with one of the snakes impaled on the ground the others jumped to free it, my katana was stuck in the ground and when the snakes pulled it by the tail its head split in half and the two halves regenerated to create a two-headed snake.
Miu: somebody else has a good idea.
Felli: Maybe if we don't give them a chance to regenerate, destroy the body completely.
Emilia: like using implosion BIMs.
Felli reached into one of the sleeves of her haori and pulled out some crossfire and burning gas type BIMs.
Felli: I don't have that type but these should work, I just need the megalos to be in one place.
Uzume: we take care of that.
Miu: be ready for our signal!
Emilia, Uzume, and I jumped on the snakes crushing their skulls to immobilize them for a few seconds and throw them together in a pile.
I concentrated my powers on my Katanas and prepared to attack but at that moment far from where we were I saw a rain of lightning and in another place an attack of concentrated energy in the form of a laser, it seems that the others were finishing their fights.
Miu: Damn, I'm falling behind!
When I finished gathering my energy, with a swing of my Katanas I created a whirlwind that engulfed the snakes, I yelled at Felli and she threw all her BIMs into the cyclone and Chiho helped with her fire materia transforming my attack into a whirlwind of fire, We waited to see if our tactic worked this time and when my attack dissipated, the only thing left of our enemy was a puddle of black liquid.
Chiho: eww I guess they won't recover from that.
After a few moments of looking at the remains of the Megalos the fog around us began to dissipate and I knew our fight was over.

( Saeko's POV )
After splitting up, my group ended up with one more person than the others, with me there were Reina, Saya, Kaie, Saya-shi, and Mamako, we moved a little slower than the others and when we got to where our enemy should be, we didn't see anything there.
I was about to tell the girls to keep their eyes open but before I could speak, my instincts screamed danger and I immediately ducked to avoid some sharp talons that passed quickly over my head, We all turned our heads and could only see a white blur flying into the thickest parts of the mist.
At that time we received a message from Matsu to all groups offering support, Since the others refused I didn't want to be the only one asking for help plus I was pretty excited to finally have a good fight.
Although Mamako looked a bit nervous none of them objected, we formed a circle and readied our weapons to prepare for the next attack from the mysterious Megalo.
Saeko: Listen, we need to bring that thing down, when it attacks, aim at its wings.
Saya: wings? How do you know it's not one of those flying fish Megalos?
Saeko: it attacked me with its claws and I could see a bit of its silhouette, it's definitely a bird-type Megalo.
I started looking around for any sign of the enemy while the others were watching my back, which was new to me, Ever since I met Yuuki I've done things that I thought I'd never experience, whenever I'm fighting I can't help but thinking of Yuuki and that combined with my thirst for battles always puts a smile on my face.
Reina: here it comes!
Reina, who was directly behind me saw the Megalo flying towards her at high speed and she focused her powers on her sword, With an overhead swing of her sword she unleashed an electrical shock wave attack that did more damage to the airport than to the Megalo.
Before Reina's attack connected the Megalo made a sharp turn and for a second we could see its appearance, As I thought the enemy was a bird-type Megalo, white as mist, with six wings, three legs, and completely red eyes.
Saya-shi tried to take the opportunity to attack it but the Megalo retreated into the thick mist once more.
Reina: Tch the bastard is very fast.
We waited for the Megalo to attack again and I activated my Kagune which was an ukaku type that looked like a simple purple wing that increased my speed, The enemy was waiting for an opportunity to attack but at that moment several large attacks shook the corners of the airport and the fog began to dissipate, With its camouflage lost, the Megalo was surprised for a few seconds, but before it could do anything, it received a hail of gunfire from our snipers that destroyed one of its wings.
When it lost part of its mobility, Reina and I jumped toward the Megalo and cut off two of its wings in an instant,
as we fell Reina looked at me defiantly, that look was screaming that she wouldn't lose to me.
Before she looked at me with admiration and she wanted to learn kendo from me, but that changed when I got engaged to Yuuki, I liked her before but I think I like this version of her better.
Before we touched the ground, Kaie put her whips around its neck and snapped it, with the Megalo dead, Kaie walked over to the wings we'd clipped and she wrapped up all the remains of the Megalo like a gift.
Saya: what are you doing?
Kai: hmm? These Megalos are too different from the ones we've seen before, I think Yuuki will be interested in them.
Saya-shi: oh yeah, I totally can see him going into mad scientist mode.
As we spoke the fog around the airport disappeared and we saw that the attack that Reina had launched at the beginning of our fight hit the building where Yuuki was.
We all turned to look at her in silence, and after a few seconds, she just shrugged her shoulders.
Reina: oh, well what are you gonna do?
