Chapter 16: Warning and Reward
Raj spotted Stephen, he realized it was a last-ditch effort. Taking no chances, Raj instructed his men to shoot Stephen simultaneously, leaving no room for him to evade the bullets.
"Warning..!, Warning..!, Warning..!,
"If a destined child dies before their destiny points reach zero, the Goddess of Destiny will investigate the circumstances to find a reason. then host will be discovered."
Raj regained his composure after the warning flashed in his mind. He thought that since Stephen had low points, killing him wouldn't affect him. However, after receiving the warning, he swiftly ordered his men to cease the shooting.
Stephen found himself on the brink of death, his strength fading fast. With red, angered eyes, he looked at Raj and Bobby. He realized he had come to eliminate Bobby, but now he lay dying at their feet, powerless to act on his anger.
Everyone was confused as to why Raj ordered the firing to stop. Bobby questioned him, "Raj, why did you stop them?" Raj replied, "Brother, doesn't it seem like we're giving him a very easy death?" Bobby, puzzled, asked, "What do you mean? What more can we do?"
Raj took out his phone and made a video call. Holding the phone up to Stephen, he said, "Stephen, someone wants to meet you."
Stephen saw the screen, despair flooded through him. He witnessed Priyadarshini and her daughter held captive, with someone holding a knife to their throats.
"Ding, 10 Destiny points have stolen from Stephen successfully."
"You have completed task of stealing Stephen's destiny points."
"You have received 2 strength stats, 2 charm stats and 1 luck stats."
Raj felt a sense of satisfaction as messages started to appear on his mind. Knowing the content of the message Raj called out his status window.

"It was my plan B, a trump card to use if I found myself at a disadvantage. I am not the type to shy away from using underhanded methods when necessary. I knew villains often employed such tactics against heroes. 'And I am not a hero, I will do anything to achieve my goal. And this is for my brother, who is my only family remaining."
"Why wouldn't I? In the end, it's all about survival and achieving your goals. Sometimes, you have to play dirty to come out on top."
Seeing Stephen in despair, Bobby couldn't help but smile; he relished seeing his enemy brought low. "Raj, if you lay a finger on them, I'm f***ing..." Before Stephen could finish his threat, Raj swiftly drew his gun and pulled the trigger, putting a bullet in Stephen's head.
Bobby felt a rush of happiness and relief wash over him as he watched Stephen's body crumple to the ground. Witnessing his brother's strength and resolve filled him with pride and hope for the future. With Stephen now out of the way, Bobby felt a newfound confidence in his political ambitions.
"Raj, thank you. You've saved my life and helped me exact revenge on Stephen. If you ever need my help, I'll definitely come to India for you," Fyodor expressed his gratitude. Raj responded, "I thought you would stay here to manage your drug business." Fyodor explained, "I mainly came here to take revenge on Stephen. Now that it's completed, I will be leaving India to manage my own international business. As a thank-you gift for saving me, I'm giving you this drug business. You will have full control over my operations in India."
Hearing this, Bobby felt even happier, knowing that this business would solve his funding problems for his political endeavors. Raj also saw the opportunity for extra income, and he didn't concern himself with morals. He thought that he wasn't forcing people to take drugs, they were doing so out of their own curiosity, peer pressure, or because they were wealthy enough to afford it.
After spending 2-3 hours discussing business with Fedol and cleaning up the scene, Raj turned to his brother and said, "Brother, let's go home. You also have to take care of Jatin and then Priyadarshini." Hearing this, Bobby's thoughts drifted to Jatin and his betrayal, as well as his wife Priyadarshini. Bobby responded, "Let's go, Raj."
They used their helicopter and returned home. Upon reaching home, Bobby decided to handle his own matters. He wanted to seek revenge for Jatin's betrayal and confront his wife, who had also betrayed him. Raj provided Priyadarshini's location to Bobby but decided not to interfere with Bobby's plan for handling Jatin.
Raj knew that Jatin was facing allegations of working with Stephen, which had damaged his reputation and could lead to criminal charges if proven. He trusted his brother to handle the situation. Meanwhile, Raj wanted to relax after years of continuous work, so he decided to meet with Arundhati.
"Where are you? I have a gift for you," Raj said.
Arundhati, holding her phone and still half-asleep, replied, "I am home. It's already midnight, can't you give it to me tomorrow?" She was interested in him, but as she knew Raj was younger than her, she understood it was just a casual relationship. Raj insisted, "It's important."
After a few minutes, Raj entered her apartment. Seeing him, Arundhati noticed a subtle difference in his appearance. He looked more handsome than before, It's because Raj's charm stats had increased by 2. As Raj approached Arundhati, he said, "I've missed you. I know it hasn't been long, but I have a gift for you." Saying this, he took out his cell phone and played a video of Stephen dying.
Seeing the video, Arundhati felt a wave of relief wash over her. She had been devastated by the loss of her husband at the hands of Stephen, and she had felt powerless to seek revenge for him. Despite their differences, she had loved Sanjiv deeply. They had been in love before marriage, and his death had left a void in her heart.
Arundhati tightly hugged Raj and expressed her gratitude, "Thank you, Raj. You're the only person who has been there for me in my difficult times, and you've also helped me seek revenge. I will never forget that." With gratitude overflowing, she leaned in and started to kiss him, feeling compelled to reward him for his efforts.
