The only combat technique I know of at the moment is the "Nine Heavy Waves". A technique in which the air spirals around the hand, and then is released along with the energy. The previous owner reached 5 waves out of 9.
Sitting in the lotus position, my senses sharpened, and I began to feel the energy of heaven and earth. I easily managed to absorb it with my body. After sitting for quite a while and gathering energy from the environment, I was able to reach a peak of level 5 Ki.
Leaving my room, I went to the back yard, which combines a training ground and a wonderful garden.
