Chapter 35: [33] New Relationship
I woke up with my head on Savannah chest listening to her steady heartbeat, I woke up between her legs while her arms were wrapped around my head. Even while I slept I made sure to keep my weight off of her, so while she was sleeping comfortably I strained my back a little.
We have been together now for twenty-four hours and we haven't broken up which was a huge surprise to me, we were both commitment freaks so I didn't expect it to last. While lost in thought I felt Savannah move, her hand started to run through my hair so it caused me to come out of my thoughts and look up at her, she was smiling at me.
"Good morning sleepy head." I said smiling back at her.
"Good morning, what are we doing today?"
"Well seeing as we still have the room for a night we can leave now or relax more until we need to face my family." Rolling to the side I took her in my arms this is all that I wanted to do at the moment.
"Alright well then let's rest here for the day then, I am a little sore after last night."
"Soooo what about the girls you see? Are you still going to mess around with them or are we both exclusive to each other." That is not what I expected next to come out of my mouth but there was no other thing that I thought of, but it was also something in my mind. While I was fully committed to her it was because that was her ultimatum, it wasn't talked about if she was also going to drop who she saw on the side.
Savannah paused a moment and let out a groan, "Well that is obvious that I am going to stop but the moment you make me upset or hurt me I will leave you at the drop of a hat. Don't get me wrong I love you but that doesn't mean that I am going to sit back and let you take advantage of me."
"Trust me I have no doubt that you will if that happens." Pulling her closer I started to suck on her neck it was a little salty from our nights activity but she was still sweet to me.
For the next couple of hours we laid in bed while also ordering room service, we were in our own little bubble even if of phones kept ringing the entire time we were relaxing. Savannah got fed up and decided to turn the both off without looking at them, she then growled something about people not letting us have our privacy before taking me to shower.
After a shower we went to the pool to hang out, there wasn't anyone there at the moment since it was 11pm so we had the entire place to ourselves. Halfway through a water war she looked me dead in the eye and said B********TCH------ *Cough* I mean she started to strip from her swim suit giving me a flirty smile.
Seeing her actions I couldn't control myself and started to follow her lead, she didn't swim over to me though but started to slowly swim away while giving me a flirty wink. Laughing I grinned and swam to her as quick as I could, the sound of her laughter was like a melody in my ear the whole place was just the sound of us having fun.
The Next Day.....
After checking out of the hotel room we decided to go home, she already called her dad and told him why she had ignored his call and I heard him asking me over. It was true though that we were never formally introduced to each other so it made me a little nervous, I knew her brothers liked me but I didn't know about her dad.
She grinned seeing me so nervous but didn't say anything to me about it, school started soon so we enjoyed those days where we didn't need to worry about anything. I would only be in school for a month though to finish my courses after that it would be me in cooking school, no on knew about it still but I did plan to tell them.
Soon we reached the house and it was still the same nothing had changed but at the same time I knew it did, when we entered this house it wasn't as just friends with benefits but actual GF and BF. She looked over at me with a soft smile and that was all I needed to know that this was the right decision.
Taking her hand we both went into the house it was still chaotic as ever, though nothing was going on no signs of an episode at least but our Grandma should be dead soon. Scratching my head we walked into the kitchen were everyone was, it was Ian who saw us first and spoke out, "Well looks like you two are finally back from your honeymoon huh?"
That made everyone else laugh but Savannah smiled ear from ear while I hit him on the head, this just caused more laughing throughout the kitchen it was Fiona who spoke up next. "Don't tell me you two are also having a kid too?" she joked, she already knew the reason but wanted to mess with us.
"*Gasp* How did you know? That was the only reason I wanted your brother to commit." Savannah said with a serious expression on her face making the room go silent, it would have gotten me too if she didn't bust out laugh, "HAHA you should see the look on your faces!!!" she laughed.
That made everyone yell stuff at us, it was good to see that she was getting along with my family, although I knew she already did it was still good to see them welcome her. While we were talking V walked in with Ethel and her son, Ethel smiled when she saw Savannah sitting on my lap, "You two are finally together congratulations." After setting her son down she gave me and Savannah a hug.
Don't get me wrong I am close to my family and love them more than anyone, Fiona and Debby are my blood sisters but Ethel was honestly my sister in my eyes so her approval made me most happy. Though it had only been months that we have known each other I felt close to her, it was mainly because we both came from outside this place.
I always tried to put that in the back of my head but it was always going to be there that I am just another soul put inside this body, but every time I got closer to someone that slowly went away.
A Week Later.....
School had started and it was boring, Lip was doing like the canon and had skipped the first week though from the mild yelling I was hearing from Fiona he should be starting today. Savannah at the moment was sleeping on my chest, she had been staying over more and more, practical half of her clothes were here at this point.
She had tried to pay me for the bills but I wasn't having any of that and made her stop offering, getting out of bed I let her sleep more while going to take a shower. Halfway through my shower she walked in still half asleep and started to wash my back, after I washed hers I got out leaving her in.
When I came downstairs Fiona was the only person in the kitchen, "Hey I am going with you guys to school today, me and Lip made a deal so I am going to get my Diploma."
"Congrats sis, that is good to hear. You know I graduate in a month so it is a good time for you to do this I will be able to bring Liam with me to more places and watch him while you do things." I told her while filling my cup with coffee.
"That sounds good. Can you believe he wanted to quit so he could help her with the kid."
I looked around and the only person who was coming close was Savannah who was coming down the stairs, "Between me and you I am not a hundred percent sure if it is even his, don't get me wrong I would be happy if it was but the girl sleeps around way to much." Savannah laughed coming up from behind me while taking my cup away.
"He has a point." She said before taking a drink.
Fiona smiled a little but also nodded, "You guys are right but until it comes out he won't change his mind any."
We all nodded and got ready for the rest of the day, going outside the kids piled in the car and we dropped them off before heading to the high school. I looked in the rear view mirror and saw that Lip still wasn't accepting this, it was going to hit him harder though when Karen talked about adoption.
Sighing to myself I drove us to the school, when we got there we all split up me and Savannah were going to school so we didn't need to go to the office for our schedules. Though I just walked to all my classes and picked up my assignments before going to sit with Savannah in hers, this is what we have been doing since school started.
We both new at the end of the month when my time at school was over then we would have to wait until after school to see each other so we were spending this time together. Everyone at first was surprised to see she changed then when the rumor went around about us dating they were both impressed and still fearful of her.
Impressed because after dating me she stopped selling and wasn't around her scary brothers but also fearful because now they knew if I heard anything bad about her they would be beaten. I was kind of a little over protective of her when it came to even the littlest thing, I smiled just thinking about it.
Looking next to me I saw her concentrating hard on her school work, she had jumped from top thirty to top ten which made me smile she was trying her best. Kissing the side of her head I chuckled when she pushed me away complaining about paying attention in class, last year she wouldn't be anything like this.
