Chapter 12: Ch 12: Tea Party with the Goddesses (part 3)

After Ster's mood improved, she asked Elena to tell them about her journey. Listening from Elena, as she described her journey, they all were moved by her tale. After completing reciting about her journey she asked-

"Lya, Noire, Ster. I do have to apologise for one thing. And that is, I had a very biased view about how gods will be when I heard about your existence from my system. So I thought you all will be unfeeling and emotionless and I rejected your help on that base. I'm sorry for judging, even tho I knew nothing about you at all."

Elena again bowed her head to apologise. Even the gods probably haven't taken this matter to heart, but as Elena is now their friends, she thought she definitely should apologise for this. Lya smiled a bit self-deprecatingly-

"Actually you were not completely wrong. I was the first ever Goddess to be born and also the very first creation of this world. After creating me, the World's Will fell into a slumber.

At that time I was exactly as you mentioned. Emotionless and unfeeling. I had a engraved knowledge about my role and about the world so I just went on maintaining the world for a long time.

Then after the World's Will wake up, Noire was created as the second Goddess. Interacting with one another we changed bit by bit.

Then when Ster was born we both felt a lot of affection for her and by taking care of her for a long time we developed our current personality and created other gods and the living beings of this world. So at the very beginning we were very much like what you imagined."

Elena then again had a another question-

"I'm glad that Lya now have emotions or I'll not be able to interact with you like this. By the way, I'm just a bit curious, but what role does you play. Does everyone of you have same amount of work and responsibilities?"

Noier said in reply-

"That is not the case. Even tho all three of us are Supreme Goddesses, the amount of work we do is different. Elder Sister have the biggest workload and Ster have the minimum among us."

Lya also said-

"To perfectly maintain the world, having all Concept Magic at level 5 is minimum. But having then at level 10 or evolve state have the best results.

So I maintain the world's laws of Space, Time, Soul and Life. Ster maintains Gravity and Material and Noier maintains Fate. Even tho Ster maintains two and Noier maintains only one law, maintaining Fate is lot hard than maintaining Gravity and Material. So her workload is higher."

Ster than spoke up-

"As I told you before, I'm Supreme Goddess of Heart and Bravery. So I also rule over all the aspects related to them, like- Emotions, Slaughter, War, Fertility, Virtues, Sins, Justice etc."

Noire then told Elena-

"As for me, I'm the Supreme Goddess of Wisdom and Destiny. I rule over Information, Learning, Luck, Encounters, Love, Judgement, Money, Business etc."

Finally, it was Lya's turn-

"I have the highest number of aspects to govern as the Supreme Goddess of Sustenance and Duality. I'm called the goddess of Duality because I control Time-Space, Life-Death, Good-Evil etc. And I also control aspects of Sustenance such as Hunting, Farming, Craft, Mining, Food, Health, Medicine etc. I'm also in charge of Birth and Death alongside Reincarnation."

"Wow, you all have a lot of work huh." Elena said.

Noier again said-

"Don't worry, even tho it looks like a lot of work but we can all finish it rather quickly as we have been doing such for millions of year."

Ster suddenly said-

"We three sister have also divided six main elements between ourselves. I'm incharge of Fire and Earth. Big Sis is incharge of Water and Wind, finally Elder Sister is incharge of Light and Darkness. The extra elements like Ice and Lightning have dedicated gods for them."

Lya then also spoke up-

"Other than those, we also rule over skills together. Ster is incharge of physical or aura related skills. Noier is incharge of magical or mana related skills and I'm incharge of all other skills that doesn't fall under either physical or magical category."

Like that after speaking with the Goddesses for a quite long time Elena bid her goodbye with the promise to meet with them again very soon. She also got them in her contacts so she can telepathically talk to them anytime.

She was very happy with her day. It was her first day in this world. And it was also a very eventful day. A lot of things happened.

Firstly, she captured four bandits camp and saved more than 100 captives. She was also able to make good connections with the guards and the captives were in awe of her.

Then she registered at the Adventurer Guild as a D rank adventurer and along the way defeated the A rank Guildmaster. Before the registration, she also beat up some thug adventurer who likes to disrespect women.

After she left the Adventurer Guild, she again went to check on the captives and the bandits. There according to her promise she handed money for the captives food and lodging. After that leaving the captives to a fellow captive Silia's good hands she booked a room in an expensive inn and had a bath.

After the bath when she was planning for the best method to strengthen her new familiar, the Devour Slime, Echidna, she got an invitation to a tea party with the Goddesses.

In the tea party she became good friends with all three Supreme Goddess and learned a lot about the world and it's gods.

All in all, in Elena's opinion, her first day in this new world was fun and eventful. She got new acquaintances, three good friends, tasted a lot of otherworldly street food and now she is going to sleep in a luxurious hotel in another world. She won't have to worry about assassins, nor about getting attacked by Boss monsters.

"Ahhhh, I'm really really enjoying it and I can't wait for tomorrow. Fufu"

Elena thought inwardly.

"Good Night"- saying so Elena drifted into sleep ending her first day in the new world.
