~Third POV~
Jack has taken up the watch, allowing for Ruby to sleep on the sleeping bag Jack had been lying on with him soon taking watch.
Using <Observe> and <Telepathy> on his group members Jack nods at this with him beginning to use <Shadow Clone> to leave behind a clone while the original began to move ahead leaving the group.
Using <Psychokinesis> to slowly hold himself up in the air and then drop down lightly, below the sector the group was safeguarding he soon began to look around for White Fang grunts, "Now then… where can me a pair of dumbasses."
"What was that?"
Having heard the WF Guard, Jack hides behind some ruins while he overhears their conversation, "What was what?"
Another WF Guard spoke out replying to his comrade, "I thought I heard a Beowolf or something."
The other WF Guard responded to the first one with an annoyed tone, "Hmph. Let's just finish our patrol and get back to base. This place gives me the creeps."
As the WF Guards walk away, Jack sneaks around in the background, following them. He eventually reaches, a ruined building with a pair of metal doors, and Jack hides behind a corner watching them carefully.
Soon he brings out a Scroll and tries to call his teammates. However, the screen says 'Low Signal' causing him to twitch his mouth, "Tch. In all the marvelous tech RWBY has low signal service is going to be the death of me. Now, where is that sinkhole…"
Before going off Jack began to use <Overactive Imagination> to disguise himself as one of the WF grunts hurt talking to himself quietly, "Ah… got to love Neo semblance. Horrible for offensive but terrifyingly useful for stealth and defense. Time to play my part."
Disguised as a WF Grunt quickly hurry off down the street, the asphalt beneath him suddenly sinks before caving in. Jack grabs onto a ledge waiting enough before he lets go landing down safely as the ledge, he is holding onto breaks off, and he plummets into a huge cave filled with ruined buildings, far below the surface.
He lands on a building up against a cavern wall, and as he gets up, a nearby door bursts open to reveal two other WF Guards, one of whom is Perry, "Freeze!"
The other WF Guard next to him spoke recognizing a fellow comrade but asked all the same, "Where did you come from brother?"
As the WF Guards walk forward, helping Jack he replies showing signs of being bruised to him acting terrified, "Ugh… Grimm brother. We got ambushed when a sudden round of gunfire was sounded out of nowhere causing Grimm in a sector to rush in all of a sudden… it was too much before they got the rest. I was the only one out alive but I think we have some uninvited guests brother."
Both guards approach him, and one of them grabs him by the arm seeing the wounds before he spoke out nicely, "Damn it. If there is one thing, I hate more than humans is seeing our fellow comrades die to Grimm… Perry take him away to our medical tent. I'll bring Vale Branch Leader and our 'Benefactor' to talk more about what happened."
Perry agrees to hold Jack up ready to take him to the medical tent with a Raven bird viewing everything from behind with mild interest thought to herself, 'Interesting… he disguised himself and used the sinkhole to fool the WF members along with the excuse of using his allies fighting Grimm just to be inside…'
Raven's interest is peaked seeing his actions but kept a distance away…

Perry and Jack both managed to walk through the underground city. All around them, White Fang members are at work, doing various things such as piloting a Paladin to carry large shipping containers.
There is a loud sound nearby as one of the White Fang members drops a large device, "Hey, be careful! What are you trying to do, blow us to the moon?"
"Sorry, sir!"
Perry soon calls out for his boss soon enough loud enough for him to hear, "Hey boss! Found something you might want to see!"
Roman inside of a railcar comes out annoyed along with Neo voicing out the issue, "Is it good or bad, Perry? Because let me tell ya, I have had a day."
Perry calms his voice down as he began to speak the report, "We found one of our members ambushed by Grimm but also important info to report."
Roman, leans out through the doorway and sees Jack bruised up narrowing his eyes but not before he told Neo what to do, "Ok. Neo takes him to the tent and gets him to explain everything that happened. Don't leave out any details."
Jack nodded with him faking walking down with Neo coming with him with a smug grin on her face, but Jack didn't let his surprise show when he used <Observe> Roman shocking how much he changed.

Many thoughts were going inside Jack's mind seeing Roman's Level increase by times 3 since he last met him with a level 150 but now Lv.450.
But the most surprising was the fact of how much his stats gained +30 to all but INT and WIS along with his HP and AP changed as well.
However, his <Silver Eyes> reacted negatively to Roman's necklace specifically telling him no warning Jack of something wrong with Roman entirely with that.
Leaving the shock for now seeing the situation at hand is becoming unknown something he really dislikes the most Jack followed Neo behind her taking her to the Medical Tent they have in the underground city.
Once they entered Jack sees that there are a few WF members resting and healing their wounds with Neo sitting on one of the free available chairs while Jack began to sit down with her.
One member of the WF grunt came close to him to check on him.
Neo was the one to first begin talking to Jack with a high and mighty attitude with him, "Well then guard I heard that you got beat by Grimm and crawled here. So… what's the info that Perry thought was important to share."
While Jack was letting the two do their own thing, he used <Observe> on Neo to see if there was a change but saw nothing but the same when they last left but a bit stronger than before.

When the WF grunt checked on his wounds he then noticed something off getting Neo's attention right away, "Wait a second you're not – "
Before anyone could do anything, Jack disabled his disguise when he used <Power Augmentation> to boost his <Constant Speed> with him seeing everyone as slowly reacting with Jack going to each one of them unconscious with a single pinpoint <Shigan> with enough force to knock them out.

Knocking all but Neo out using his boosted <Constant Speed> reacting to her thinking about what and how to proceed with this…
Not before long, he decided it was time to owe in the favor.
Grabbing her wrist and tying them up with a nearby rope in the medical tent all done in a few seconds and revealing himself letting Neo sit down as she was when she realized something quickly as her eyes are alerted searching for the person, "What…? No, I know I left out of my spot then – oh… it's you."
Returning to her senses again seeing Jack in the flesh smirking at him waving his hands while he began to talk to Neo, "Hello Neo. Looks like we crossed paths this time. How about time I call in that favor you owe me right?"
Neo seeing the Hero of Remnant tied her up and smirking rolls her eyes in annoyance but replies all the same, "Sigh… very well… although you are tying me up is kind of kinky~ What's with the new eye color?"
Jack only gave a deadpan stare at Neo not even amusing her only making her pout getting straight to the point, "Fine. What do you want exactly for this favor you want?"
Jack merely replied instantly what he wants making sure Neo listens to the favor, "Oh nothing too hard just eh you know… stop the train from making a hole in the Vale Kingdom Walls letting Grimm flood in."
Neo rolls her eyes at that but can understand what Jack is trying to say while he also gets to the point with Roman, "Also what happened to your boss exactly? Last I checked he wasn't that strong before but now…"
Neo thought for a bit before she realizes she has something to check taking out a necklace pendent radiating an eerie red glow causing Jack's <Silver Eyes> to react and getting her attention immediately, "Looks like something is up with your eyes if it's making you react to this? Hey, you can check this out with your info-base semblance, right? I saw Roman put it on when a big guy asked him but judging how your eyes are reacting… it's not something good…"
Jack hears this nod but cautiously looks at the pendant using <Observe> to get a better understanding of how Roman got stronger. Soon enough a blue screen text appears explaining it to him.

Item: Eye of Grimm
Description: This item was created by using the research notes of Watts and Salem remodeling the Starro Spores' unique properties boosting a person's overall power. When used on Grimm it didn't show many signs of them being powerful since the spores need a willing mind, to begin with after continuous research hence, they moved to human/Faunus experimentation to get results.
Each of these items contains the New Grimm called Spores ready to corrupt the host and magic boost the user.
When this item is equipped around the person it grants them a power multiplier of 3 – 5 depending on who wears it, it grants a multiply of Lv., HP, AP, and added +10 Stats on STR, AGI, VIT, and LUCK depending on the factor of 3 – 5 by random to ensure the target is strong as it needs to be.
However, this item also comes with a corrupting effect on the user psyche for those, not on the Queen's side hence slight thought suggestion that once worn using this item and the Spore secretes a psychic effect changing the Host psyche becoming more obedient giving Salem more control as they convert.
The Grimm Spore can activate if given the command from Salem or her pawns to go ahead to a full-on brainwashing attempt on the host like a parasite.

Neo saw Jack merely pale seeing the info making Neo worry when Jack began to explain what the necklace does…
