"...is anyone else starving?"
After their complete victory against Team ABRN Team RWBY decided to take this chance to look for a chance to eat with Ruby suddenly hunched over hungry for their win.
Blake looking cool as ever, arms behind her head replied to Ruby, "I may have worked up an appetite."
"Grrr…"
That was when the growling of an angry beast from her stomach proves her statement, much to its owner's embarrassment blushing in embarrassment at her own stomach knowing what it wants.
Weiss sarcastically shrugged her arms at her teammate's actions, "Gee, if only there was somewhere on campus to get food around here."
Pointing out the group where actually at the campus site showing a myriad of tents and small shops wreathed in colorful flags in a large forest clearing as people mill about to experience it all with Weiss replying stating the obvious, "Oh, wait."
Yatsuhashi Daichi can be seen flexing in front of two girls nearby. A pair of Atlesian Knight-200's on patrol walk past the girls as they talk.
Ruby taking Weiss' shoulder innocently nods in understanding Weiss's words not taking the sarcasm of hers, "It's okay, Weiss, I forget about the fairgrounds, too."
Weiss rolls her eyes in annoyance with her knocking Ruby's arm away, "I was being facetious?"
Ruby freaks out, not understanding, but soon realized that Weiss is hungry, not getting the hint blowing over her head, "Gah! Well, if you were hungry, why didn't you say so!?"
Yang smirks at this knowing where to take her friends and teams motioning for them to come over, "Come on! I know just the place."
*Beep*
Team RWBY starts to follow Yang, but Weiss suddenly stops as she hears a ringtone on her Scroll.
Pulling it out, she sees the caller ID labeled "FATHER", and glares at the device, putting it back from where she got it, unanswered.
While the group walked over Penny soon sees Team RWBY going over and smiled heading towards them getting Ruby's attention, "Oh! Hello fellow friends! It has been a while!"
Hearing a familiar voice Team RWBY turns around to see Penny with Ruby the first to respond waving her arm at her starting conversation, "Ah! Penny, it's really good to meet you again. It has been a while how have you been."
Penny smiles soon joining them along walking towards following Yang as she replied to them happily, "Good friend Ruby! Just things have been busy joining the Happy Huntresses and a few things in Mantle. But I finally got a good break to come personally to the Vytal Festival to see you and Team JNPR participate in the fight."
Blake next responds to Penny with a smile on her face talking to the android, "Good to meet you as well Penny. Are you watching the rest of the fights?"
Penny nodded her head but then replied to them of wanting to meet her friends, "Yeah. But I wanted to catch up with you guys. Just left the stadium after your amazing fight! You guys were awesome!"
Ruby blushed and mumbled at the compliment she got from her friend, "Oh, shut your stupid little face..."
Blake over Ruby's incoherent gushing continued talking questioning Penny in a curious tone, "I heard that the General managed to get you a team to participate in this year's Vytal Festival. Even progressed to the next round too."
Weiss feeling curious about this replied wanting more info and how they feel about Penny, "You know, I feel that we haven't seen your other teammates. I hope they are treating you right."
Penny smiled at this and replied happily at the response with Weiss worrying about her, "Oh no worries. I'm only being temporarily belonging to a Team for the Vytal Festival. With me and a few others, for the time being, made of excellent prodigies Atlas Academy has just for this event. I mean we are talking about the chance to face you guys, so the General and other Headmasters pulled a few strings about that."
Team RWBY paused listening to this information thinking of facing other people as Penny described with Yang raising her fist up challengingly, "Heh! No matter who they bring out will take care of them real, good! I'm not the one to run away from a challenge. Anyway, how'd they do in the fight?"
Penny pauses at this remembering her only teammates for the time being unique to her and followed well in the fights they had.
Penny smiles a bit nodding happily at this coming back to reality after thinking for a bit, "Really well."
Ruby next begins to get Penny to join with them to eat and catch up with them, "That's great. Uh. Why don't we all go and get some victory food together? We can catch up with each other."
Smiling at this Penny joined Team RWBY for their victory food and to catch up with each other.
While they began to talk Penny soon asked who was going next into the double rounds, "Oh yeah, looks like Ciel and I are going to move on to the doubles round. What about you guys?"
Ruby looking pretty proud of herself began to reply about who's going into the double rounds, "Well, as the leader of this team, I thought long and hard about this decision."
Weiss popped in to remind her, with a straight-faced small smile on her face, "We put it to a vote."
Ruby nervously tries to backtrack placing her fist on her mouth coughing in embarrassment, "Ahem…! Yes, so, but I decided that we should put it to a vote. Hehe…"
Blake replied with a smirk on her face gazing over to her chosen ones, "We voted for Weiss and Yang."
Weiss smiles at this and began to curtsy replying to Penny, "I will happily represent Team RWBY."
Yang pounded her fists together in excitement welcoming the challenge ahead, "Yeah, we're going to kick some butt!"
Penny laughs lightly at this already getting fired up for the challenge to come voicing her own challenge to Team RWBY, "Well, if Ciel and I see you down the line, don't think we'll go easy on ya. Will come hard and fast to win!"
Yang and Weiss return Penny's confident smirk with their own replying with her own confidence, "Wouldn't have it any other way."
Like that everyone went ahead to search for something to eat and continue enjoying everyone's confidence in who will win the Vytal Festival and what to expect for the upcoming fights ahead.

A pink-haired girl with a beanie walks by a hut with several posters, one man holds a cup. At another one of the unassuming huts set up in the fairgrounds stringed with paper lanterns with a sign overhead saying A Simple Wok, Team RWBY sits at the stools outside, ready to order.
Yang spoke to someone to the old man with a grin on her face, "I'll have a bowl of the regular, please."
Soon a large bowl of noodles slides in front of Yang. Ruby is staring at Yang's meal with interest in her eyes, "Oohhh... I'll take the same."
Another large bowl of noodles slides in front of her, and she clasps her hands in excitement Weiss looks concerned about the food, "Do you have anything with a low-salt ...?"
Ignoring Weiss's concerns the old man soon gives her a large bowl of regular noodles and instantly slides in front of her instead making Weiss confused, "Um... okay..."
The shopkeeper gazes at Penny next while she responded to him politely declining, "Oh no worries sir. I'm only talking with my friends please help my next friend."
The Shopkeeper nods in understanding as his eyes go towards Blake's expression as she smirks at this.
Instead of saying anything, Blake merely gives a nod and smile to the Shopkeep, who returns the gesture as he rushes through one door of his shop and comes out the other to leave a large bowl of noodles topped with fish in front of her.
Blake's eyes light up as she drools over her order. While Weiss looks strangely at her teammate, she gladly offers her Schnee Dust Company credit card to the Shopkeep Yang responds at the occasion, "Aw, Weiss! What's the occasion!?"
Weiss smirks at this nodding in understanding and explaining her actions to her teams, "Consider it thanks for sending me to the doubles round."
*Beep*
However, her joy is ruined when the card is flung back at her, and the annoyed Shopkeep points to his register as it beeps "DECLINED" with Weiss reacting shocked at this, "What?! How can my card be declined? I was barely into my monthly allowance!"
Blake looking around panicked attempts to slowly slide her bowl closer to herself before the Shopkeep disappears with her food, causing the poor girl to slump over in defeat, "Noooo!! Why god? Why must you take the such great pleasure away from me? Why!!!!"
Blake slumps over in defeat at this with everyone minus Penny's stomach soon reacted to this.
"Grrr…"
Hearing their stomachs grumbling Penny scratching her face with her finger in confusion about how to react to this as Team RWBY blushed with their stomachs growling in hunger.
That was when Jack's voice in his words got the girl's attention immediately, "Maybe I could help? Oh? Nice to meet you again Penny."
The girls of RWBY and Penny look up to see Team JNPR Jack Nights, Nora Valkyrie and Lie Ren approach the stand with them meeting up for a meet and greet to talk about Team RWBY's victory.

In the Realm of Darkness Salem was busy creating a new Grimm while Arthur Watts view Salem creating a new massive creature questioning her, "Hello Mistress any idea why you are creating this new Grimm with the Mutant Serum?"
Salem merely focuses on the Grimm creature she's creating using her magic replying to Watt's question, "Merely thought to send Cinder another creature other than the old Wyvern in Mt. Glenn. This one I took much more inspiration from a certain someone."
Watt takes a closer look at the Grimm with amusement evident in his eyes speaking out, "Oh? You are creating an organic copy of the one used during the alien god fight? What was the mechanical mechas' name again? Kiryu?"
A chuckle escaped Salem's lips replying to Watt's answer making his spine shiver at what Salem created, "Hahaha… yes in a way I'm making the one that gave the people of Remnant safety one of flesh and terror. Of course, taken by the inspiration of the boy I made sure this one was different. The name of the creature…"
Gesturing to the gigantic-sized Grimm Kaiju with bone-like features all around its body along with a noticeable green ooze in its veins creating Dust like energy spine protected by the bones on it with the chest covered in bone armor with gills on its neck releasing a heavy toxic mutant serum and cannon-based shooters on its back and tip of its tail…
