Salamander in OnePiece

A man is reborn in OP world and he eats Sara Sara no Mi, model Salamander a Mythical Zoan Fruit. ( Not sure of the fruits name cuz, Sara is short for salamander, but there is already a devil fruit called Sara Sara no Mi, model Axolotl. And that fruit is Smileys. Caesars poisonous pet. So let me know if it should be only Sara Sara no Mi.
P.S I don`t own any of the characters of One Piece. Or any of that story,manga,anime.
