Chapter 1: Back ground info

Sans in this story is the arbiter of hell and is unofficially the 2nd strongest devil in hell though various entities know how some if his abilities work nobody know exactly what each and every one of his abilities are . his job is to judge the lvls of karma of each of the devils how ever he also has a job in the human world as he occasionally exterminated devils with high karma in exchange for some money and had developed a reputation world wide as a high level assassin who is willing to kill any devil if they are causing to much of a disruption in the human world or if they have to much bad karma which he can activate to poison the enemy and multiply the strength of his attacks as well as decrease the strength of theirs
