'Ughh, why my head felt so dizzy' thought Riz.He awake and noticed that he currently lay on the bed.He search for clue where actually he now while messaging his forehead because of dizziness.
While try to search for clue he felt a sudden pain in his mind and a pieces of memories show to him.
'Look like I not reincarnate like before and somehow I transmigrated to this boy body' think him.The original body died because of virus infection in the body after he tried to save a girl from a crazy dog that to try to bite her.Although he managed to save her but he got injured bitten by the dog and entered a comatose state.After three month of comatose state his life force become weaker until he died based on the date show.
Riz soul managed to entered the body after the original one died.Coincidental the original one have a same name as him called Mark Riz.He a single child in the family that you call wealthy enough as his father have a small company.His mother already pass away for 5 years and his have been take care by his father.He knows from the memories that now his father is a kind guy.Also he a mixed blood of Japanese(Mother) and England(Father).
"Somebody here….nurse ...a fucking someone" shouted him loudly.Currently now the time show it already night from the clock.He now alone in the room and he found a book with title 'My Dear Son'.
He take the book a opened it and saw a date of day.Read the date he remember that was time when he save the girl.
(XX OCTOBER 2022- I GOT A MESSAGE THAT MY SON MARK RIZ GOT INTO HOSPITAL BECAUSE GOT VIRUS INFECTION.I RUSHED STRAIGHT TO THE HOSPITAL WITHOUT A SECOND THOUGHT.WHEN I FOUND HIM,THE DOCTOR SAID TO ME THAT MY SON IS NOW IN COMATOSE STATE AND CRITICAL STATE.MY HEART BROKE DOWN AFTER HEARD...…...)
Read the book he don't know why but his eyes clearly start to wet.He felt admired to this old man what he do in three month time.Everyday this old man will visited him from 7pm until 12.00 p.m. and will take care all his body need.
'Based on the diary, dad never mention about the girl but I hope she currently well or I felt pity for the original one' this him.After that,he felt kinda boring as a gamer he want to play a game but in the room its only have a television.He take the remote controller and switch on the television and anime story about a protagonist that become villain after the hero accidentally killed his family mistaking them as a terrorist show to him.
As he enjoy until it achieved a climax time and advertisements appear.'What!!...why the heck there advertisements now it clearly at the cliffhanger...you bastard' cursed him in mind.He about to throw the remote controller to the tv but stopped his hand when he heard the advertisement about.
"Sword Art Online!! The fish it SAO world!!!" shrieking Riz.The advertisements show a virtual reality game called Sword Art Online that about to release next week.
'Yes...yes..muahaha….now I'm a pro gamer will conquer the virtual world' an ambitious goal start to born in his mind.But he immediately stopped himself when remember it basically a game where you bet your life on the line.
'This dangerous but at the same time I felt excitement...I don't why maybe because I already died so I not felt too scared' thought Riz.He already decided to ask his dad to buy the nerve gear tomorrow.
'Ummm....I don't know this but based on the novel I read in past life about reincarnated they at least they get a cheat or something...Yo...somebody...do you hear me...system...something......shit what a bad luck I didn't get any cheat or what' thought him.He already forgot the anime as he deep thought about the game and falling asleep.

Next morning,
"Doctor!Doctor! The patient at room 201 is awake!!" shout a nurse.
Riz heard the voice opened his eyes and said loudly"Can you shut up I try to slept here!".The nurse speechless saw this and froze a bit before ran to him.She checking his body conditions and frown appear on her face.The doctor that take care Riz came to the room and saw him awake muttered 'miracle' word.
Doctor came to him and doing a detail check up and have a frown face same as a nurse. "Yo...doctor what wrong with the expression...you should be happy cuz I get healed you know" said him nonchalantly.
The doctor ignored him and went out of the room.Nurse start to clean his body by using wet towel."Nurse you should clean the other place too" grinned he pointed to lower part of his body.She blushing slightly and snorted before leave the room with quick pace."Nurse...what about my other part" loudly he called.

"Tch...what takes doctor so long" grumbled him after doctor already went out for an hour.
He suddenly heard the door opened by someone and a hoarse voice calling to his direction.A man that look like a 40 years old walk to Riz slowly with his eyes that clearly wet because of tear.
Saw the man,he recognized him and shouted "Dad".The old man shudder for bit before rush to him and give a knock on his head."Ahhh...that hurt old man how dare you knock me shouldn't we have a dramatic hugged or something like that" shrieking Riz.
"You brat! How dare you call me old man...It's look like you want another beating" jokingly Mark Zach(dad) said."Yes but you clearly look old you know.."mumbled him.
"Whatt...I didn't hear care to repeat it" said dad."No-nothing..hahaha" replied him.They silently stare for few second before they have a hugged to each other.
He know that his now father actually worried for him but he always keep a tough look in front him.Although he not the original one but he now occupied the body so he already accepted the fact that he is now the son of the old man.
After a long hugged they smiled slightly before Riz break the atmosphere,solemnly saying "Dad buy me a NerveGear".Dad heard this give another knock again.
Rubbing his head,he look to his father with a hope eyes.His dad saw his face that look like his pass away wife and replied "Yes...yes".Riz before the accident is a slightly chubby boy with a cute face but now he look like a handsome guy with a long scar on his cheek that give a charming vibe.
Doctor came in the room and calling his dad to talk about something.

He waited for a few minutes before a doctor and his father entered the room back with worried face.Saw him with the troubled face he asked "What wrong dad is something troubling you?".
His father suddenly crying and hugged him tightly before said "I'm sorry..I'm sorry".He felt shocked because this first time his father cried in front him after his mother pass away.
"Dad just tell me what actually happened if it about me you don't need to worry" reassured he said.
Mark Zach heard this calm himself and called the doctor.The doctor calmly said "I'm sorry it estimate you will died about in two years because the virus in your body is already spread to your important organ".
Riz heard this calmly nodded before asked back "Is there any way to cure it?".The doctor saw his reaction stunned a bit before replied "Its depend on your body,if you body managed to fight the virus you will survive but the percentage is now less than 5%".
"So I still have chance huh...but how this happen" said him."It because you sober from comatose state.The virus actively spread to you body through your blood vessel" said the doctor.
"Actually you can live if you at comatose state for 30 years or more so you body can try to expel the virus" continue doctor explained."30 years are you crazy or what, its too long you know" rebuked him.
His dad saw he still have a positive reaction felt his behavior same as his mother.In Riz mind he think 'Just another great way to died huh not that I care but before that I need to tried that SAO as for this old man somehow I felt pity he just lose his son,now when he heard his son* gonna died what his reaction'.
He chatting with doctor for a bit.Saw his father smiled to him he know deep in the old man heart he felt pained but he suppressed it.

After a week I and the old man spent time together in the hospital as I cannot discharge from the hospital because the virus already turn his body muscles become weak so the doctor not recommended him to walk.
