Chapter 9: Chapter 8
Grace P.O.V
As me and my roomates walked back to our dorm in the dark me Bailey and Audrey saw Mia running away in tears towards the hedge maze. "Mia just ran into the maze we need to go get her." We all nodded and ran after Mia into the dark maze being careful to avoid the night guards.
We ran through the maze turning left and right desperate to find her. We stopped hearing the sound of crying filled the space around us following it to find Mia on the bench in tears." are you ok " Bailey asked concerned she shook her head no as she continued crying. " c'mon let's go back to the dorm" I coaxed her from the bench as we started making our way back to the dorm.
" Whoa guys come look at this." We all looked at the metal trap door in the ground I grabbed the handle to the door trying to open it. " We need a key to open it" We all looked at each other with the same question in mind wheres the key? I hear something moving in the bushes only to see a black hooded figure behind us. " We need to go NOW!" The four of us running to escape the hooded figure behind us. We finally exit the maze out of breath thinking we escaped we hear a high pitched scream only to turn around and Bailey is gone The three of us running to our dorm for fear of being next.
