Chapter 2: Sam's reality romance
After the dinner,she left to the broadcasting studio at Grann.
It was remaining 30 minutes before she's to go on air.
The program that was on air,was the evening evening show which was from 4pm to 8pm.And was taken by carlos a.k.a the cooler.
"See you guys, tomorrow.Same time,same radio station, remember to follow Grann radio station at instagram and follow me up at instagram,cooler the great and don't forget,my name is cooler".
"The twinkle night show will start after the break,have a sweet night".
And then he went off air,removed his headphone and stood up , straightening his back and yawned,"what a day".
He got up from his seat and walked out of the studio.
"Heyyy,whats'up whats'up ella" , straightening his hands forward for a handshake.
"Carlos you know me,am just arella",arella said with a smile.
"Haha,right?,it's just you".
"Mmhmm" ,she smiled as they release their hands.
Carlos nods his head, "alright let the twinkler twinkle the twinkle night show, haha".
Arella laughed slightly,"I don't really know why he laughs like that".
It was going closer to the end of the break,she sat down on the chair and heaved a sigh."it's time" .
After the music played,she started.
"Good evening,am ella, welcome to the twinkle night show,and I hope your day was good.
Have you ever stayed alone with the one your heart beat for,just staring at the moon,hands around each other,your head resting on his shoulder,just feeling the love or you're still waiting?.
You can call the Grann Fm number,am waiting",She said as she sank in her chair.
Some called ,saying,that they were still waiting and some shared their experiences.
"Hello?",the voice on the phone said.
"Oh hello" ,she said with a sweet smile,"what's your name?".
"S",the caller replied.
"S?as in just the letter,s?,okay" ,of course she recognized the voice,it was sam.
"So tell us,have your had the experience? Or you're still waiting",arella said.
"Well ,still waiting,but I have really imagined it a lot".
"Do you know if she is listening to you,right now",she asked.
"I know she is.
And I hoope she will wait ,so I'll pick her up,when she's done with work".
"What's wong with him" ,she said within herself.
"Yeah ,I hope she will",she said.
She smiled and looked downcast,"Okay,we will be back after the break", and she went off air.
"This crazy guy",
She kept on laughing to herself.
When she was done with work,which was at 11pm.She stood outside the building.It was raining heavily.
She heaved a sigh,"it's raining".She stood and looked around,searching for sam's car.
"Looking for me?".
She looked back and gasped,holding her chest,"why!!do u like doing that and oh my,how did you get behind me?".
"Didn't I tell you?",he smiled.
"Tell me what?",she asked.
He whispered to her ear,"Am a supernatural" .
She burst into laughter,"crazy guy".
"Who?,he asked,looking around.
"me?" ,he pointed to himself.
"Uh-huh ,what else,do you want to tell me,you teleport or you're a wizard",arella teased.
"No no,I wanted to tell you....get ready..,am a vampire".
She shook her head,"I didn't know vampire teleports,you liar".If you're a vampire,am a warewolf".
"Anyways , where's your car,I have been searching for it but I don't see it anywhere near here".
"Oh,my car" ,he said as he touched the back of his neck,with his right hand.And then he released it.
"Is over there" , pointing somewhere.
"Huh?,where?,I see it...…..wait..,What!!!",that's like five buildings away!".
"So ..how did you reach here dry",looking at him ,straight faced.
"Oh ,I brought an umbrella" .
Heaved a sigh,"ok ,let's go" .
She turned to look at sam"Why aren't you moving",stella asked.
"Mmm arella,about the umbrella" .
"Huh,what about it?",she looked at hima s she widened her eyes.
"I gave it to a co-worker of yours,she didn't have any ,so I gave it to her".
Arella looked so dumbfounded,then she looked at him,"how will we reach there " , pointing the direction of the car.
He looked down,looked up at her and smiled.
"Gosh ,he's a smiley" .
Then after a second,he removed his trench coat and held it above them.
She looked up at him,"What are you doing?,don't tell me... he's...what?hey!!!,do you think this is a romance movie?".
He smiled and shook his head"No,it's Sam reality romance" .
"Okay,time to go,and hold on to me right okay?".
She sighed and looked at him,"what?".
" People will think we're a couple".
"I love it that way",he smiled.
"Oh Lord help me,this crazy smiley guy" .
He was taller than her,so he bent down and used his elbow to bring her closer by pushing her shoulder.
And then,she held his right shoulder and also supported his left hand to hold the coat.
Together they ran to the car.
