Chapter 52: Anger

You finish up as you getting ready to go and have another encounter with the princess. She must be in one of her moods again because she probably realizes that the King does not in love with her. You can not believe that you were once fooled into thinking that he might still want to marry her.

You still have a few questions as to why the King even decided to marry her in the first place and what happened between them that he now loathes her so much? But despite the feelings that are between them, you know now even more than ever that the King loves you and only you.

You walk with Lady Anabel to the hall where the princess wants to meet the ladies in waiting. You feel a little bit of anxiousness filling your heart as you walk to join society again.
