Chapter 2: A Ball
Now, everyone knows that Irene is all about business and fast money, she puts her job first and all the hard work that goes into it. Every minute counts, it's worth the wait. Fidelia on the other hand puts her religion first so money ain't all that to her. Not that business and hard work means nothing to her but it's the last thing on her mind, she certainly never was the materialistic type. They got along very well but their ego's would clash every now and then, like the usual scenario when two people with different personality traits mingle. "Oh geez I got cash to withdraw at the ATM." Irene thinks to herself whilst driving in her brand new Porsche she had just bought recently. She had other cars, along with an Audi which was her favourite pick. It had come with so many memories and was her very first one, it had a name to. "Damn I miss my 'Pony' ", she thought to herself. As a young girl she never missed an episode of 'My Little Pony' which of course she always watched whilst eating her favourite snack. "Showtime is snack time" she used to say. "And I got some maintenance to do with that Audi, how I miss being young and free like I'm still free now but it's less stress." Both Liam and Irene were making their way to the party so long Irene and Cody hadn't stopped by at their house where they all live together. From work it was other plans from there not the usual Fridays they were used to otherwise they all had a party to attend. "Got my hair, nails on point all I've got to do is put on some fragrance and I'm complete." Irene says thinking out loud whilst driving in her car after getting her hair and nails done at the salon. "Hmmm, when last have I got this shirt washed, seems like yesterday, well still in good condition." She brings her shirt up to her nose and sniffs in smelling her cologne which she had sprayed on. "Still good as new" as she continued making her way to the party only a few kilometres away.
Somewhere in town a few miles away from home...
"Oh my word I so can't wait to see Liam, my crush I swear we make flames together!" Regina says with excitement as she sips her drink standing with her squad. "Regina, it's you!" says an old time friend from high school who was part of the cheerleading team. "I knew you would make it!" Pia replies with a smile on her face, touching her cheeks. "Haven't seen you in a decade or so I thought..." "Ah, who is she?" Diana interrupts. "Well hey, I'm Pia, me and Regina were best friends back in highschool!" "Okay!" "I love it when she says we are best friends, it only makes me fall deeper in love with Ambrose." Regina replies. "Just when he crosses my mind I see somebody that makes me think of the man I so have a crush on." Regina continues. "Aah, he's mine now remember?" Diana says, rolling her eyes. "You know what I just need a minute with Pia." Regina says angrily. "Let's just face the facts here, firstly you and Pia were never best friends okay." says Diana. "What?" Regina replies with a surprising tone. "Well maybe you're right." she continues. "You can't be real!" Pia responds furiously. "So...I guess now is your chance let's be real here." Diana responds. "Okay, don't make me do this." Regina says with regret. "Look I know you've said we're best friends and it seemed like I saw it the same way as you but actually when I looked at you, deep down I was thinking of my man crush..." "Your who?" Pia interrupts. "But we are still best friends right? How would I have known him better if it wasn't for you?" "You know what, at this moment in time he belongs to someone else, I mean why would he want you?" Pia asks. "I could say the same." Diana adds. "Let me understand something, through me you could get to him? Never!" Pia says with understatement. "He wants me and you know it." Regina responds. "Hahaha, looks like someone has their own P.A." says Diana with a smirk look on her face. "Just shut up okay!" Regina exclaims. Diana with her eyes wide as she rolls them at Regina. Finally there is a moment of silence, Pia with devastation lifts her hand up and gives Regina a cold slap on her right cheek. "Didn't see that coming." says Diana with shock, her hands covering her mouth. "Pia, you bitch!" says Regina with shock. The room is then filled with silence as everybody has their heads turning. "Oooohhh" says the whole crowd, with blank faces after what they had seen. "Ouch!" says Pia after being slapped by Regina. Regina's friend Tamia separates them both before it could get any worse. "Enough okay enough!" Tamia exclaims looking at Regina. "Is this what you call friendship?" Tamia adds. "Never was!" shouts Regina. "Never will be!" Pia shouts back. There stood Liam watching the catfight as he stood there in the crowd. Not only was he flabbergasted but his eyes were finally opened by what he saw. A side to Regina he never expected to see that night, though he still wanted to go down the ship, it was quite obvious to him that they are just girls being girls. He was looking at cats, literally. Only thing is that their devil horns didn't show but it didn't stop him from falling for Regina. He had a crush on her since high school and he was going to set it out with her. "How about we get some shots?" Liam asks Regina as he gently holds her hand and whisks her away. "Two Tequila shots for me and Miss Hottie over here with me." "Coming right up!" says the guy serving drinks. "Two Tequila shots straight up!" he adds, passing their drinks over to them. They take a sip "Oh right baby!" Liam exclaims as he watches Regina taking a sip with him. "That wasn't bad!" Regina exclaims enjoying the moment. "Let's take it to the dancefloor baby!" Regina continues. "Woo hoo!" Liam shouts. "Well hey there Fidelia, you look wow tonight!" Regina exclaims as Fidelia passes by. "I couldn't feel any sexier tonight!" Fidelia responds with excitement. "Bring on the lights baby, were bringing it down!" says Fidelia. "Oh yeah, come on." shouts Regina. On their way to the dancefloor Regina climbs on Liam's back, letting her hair loose, allowing the rhythm to flow. That's when Diana, Zoe, Irene and Tamia came along, including Regina's other friends whom she had parties with. Turns out to be a party after all, they went on and on...
Liam finally decides to make a move on Regina and pulls off a dance move, of course Liam thought Regina would laugh at him but then again Regina wasn't like those other girls who go on with their silly ways. Laughing at boys, Liam also had his memories of being laughed at by other girls. Being the guy that he was in high school not that he cared much about his reputation with all the daydreaming of Regina and the progress he was making, so long he was succeeding in life. I mean, isn't it amazing how when others are running around like cowards, talking dust and laughing at you for their own stupid reasons. However whilst they all do that, you still push forward in the midst of it all! And that's what Liam was going to do, push forward, tonight is the night...
Outside as they finally got their way out and had their own space it only spells one thing: 'Sensual Intimacy.' "I like you." said Regina. "I like you to!" Liam winks at Regina. They pull in closer and kiss with burning passion, like in the movies, the kind of kiss you don't expect when you kiss someone for the very first time. They let go and Liam adds, "You and I can make magic together, I've been feeling this sparkle between us for too long now, it's about time we push forward." "Now you come out of your shell?" Regina asks surprisingly. "Don't trip you'll knock your teeth out!" says Liam."Aah back in the day huh?" Regina replies. "Still remember I used to say that?" Regina adds. "Yeah you got me there, haha." Liam responds, his face glowing. Irene on the other hand had a project she was running, after attending a meeting at work just that literal two minutes at the party was going to be enough for her. "I guess I'm headed to Margot's house from here, she did mention that we have some catching up to to do after all." she thinks to herself as she heads towards her car parked outside. "Good thing I can see straight!" she thinks to herself. After just sipping ice water at the party...
"It's you, doesn't time fly!" Margot exclaims as she opens the door, answering the bell which she had heard three times. "I got some bubbly for the both of us!" says Irene looking excited as she takes out a bottle of Martinez."Awesome, when last did I even have a sip of this!" "Drinks on me tonight, oh yeah!" Irene says as she begins to open the champagne bottle, looking forward to getting up close with her longtime friend. "What do you think of these posh wine glasses I just bought recently?" "They are so sexy, kinda cute though!" Irene responds. Margot had a hot lingerie item on, she always felt sexy and it showed. "Oh my gosh I so love that sexy lingerie outfit you have on, it almost looks similar to one of my bodysuits in my wardrobe. "Yeah, I'm a sexy woman and I know it so, why not show it?" "Chic on!" Irene responds. I was actually considering rocking it in my G-string today but it's still brand new maybe I'll wear it some other time. "Totally, sexy lingerie and G-strings anytime hunny." Irene responds. "So, maybe go wild tonight dance topless on the tables maybe..." says Margot with a big smile on her face. "Hell to the yes hunny." Irene responds. "Hunny!" they both say simultaneously as they giggle about. That's when Margot turns the radio on and it's Paris Hilton playing. "Dude is this Paris Hilton's brand new album?" Irene asking Margot. "You gotta know what to do if you wanna get down..." waving their bodies as they sing along, eventually they are both on the table whilst Irene gets rid of her shirt throwing it on the sleeping couch. "This is it baby!" Margot exclaims. 'Turn it up' is playing having them both going wild, Margot wearing her lingerie outfit and Irene only in a G-string and socks. "Hehe." Margot utters as Irene gives her a spank on the butt. "So..." says Irene leaning in to give Margot a kiss. Margot's tongue literally hanging out for sex. "Yaass!" they both exclaim simultaneously. "Baby, I'm a unicorn!" Irene whispering in Margot's ear with an erotic tone in her voice. "Let's make it hot shall we?" says Margot.
