Creating People
So I'm going to ask my readers for some help here I need you guys to make people for me with quirks. I plan on killing some of the known characters in this world which means I need some people to replace them so this is where you guys come in.
You can make some pro hero's, villains, student's, other organizations just leave a comments on this and if it is good I will add them to the story and we can watch them die together mwhaha.
