Chapter 35: I need you to know you have my heart.
The second his brain concluded, that moment it hit his heart like a boulder. What he was thinking was that only keeping an eye on his love for his life will be enough for his heart. No, he realised just now that he needed to do more.
He needed to be there with his love not just to save him from mortal danger but even to save him from getting hurt by someone's words.
He ran to his office like his life was dependent on it. Crashing and breaking things and even people while fleeing to his love. The shock on everyone's face was visible even from a distance when they saw a highly elite CEO running like a commoner who lost something in the way.
The anxiety on alpha's face was so evident that the person sitting on the far corner of the office noticed it in moments he saw his boss running back to his office.
Alpha's steps then halted on the door of his office in heartbeat and his hand ceased to open the doorknob where it held it in his tight grip.
"I trust you with my life, my love but it is just that I don't trust my destiny." As he whispered the words to himself, his hand twisted to turn the doorknob to open it.
His eyes widened to the fullest in rage when he saw the same scene one more time when it just happened two and a half months back at Mo Yuan's office and the words that left Xiao Xing's mouth made it worse.
"Stop it, you are hurting me, Lu Dequan." Xiao Xing said while trying to come out of the strong grip of Lu Dequan that was penetrating pain inside his bones and mind too but nothing seemed to work out with the dominant alpha.
As the last resort, when he thought of using his strength he heard a clamour that made him shiver on the spot.
"Lu Dequan, how dare you to touch him again?" He came roaring inside the office as soon as he saw Lu Dequan holding Xiao Xing in his arms in his hand tightly.
Xie Jayden came inside and in the second he held Lu Dequan's collar after successfully ripping him apart from Xiao Xing. Then without a single thought, he punched Lu Dequan's face so strongly that it started to bleed from his mouth and that place started to get swelled within seconds.
"Dare to see him again I will make sure this face of your have so many bruises that no makeup or any kind of surgery will help you to go back on the silver screen."
When he said it, he landed one more punch on Lu Dequan's face and then pushed him hard that almost landed him on the floor but the interference of someone close to both of them. He pushed Xie Jayden with his right hand and hold on to Lu Quang from his left.
"Xie Jayden...How could you? Have you lost your mind?" Zhang Kai said as soon as he held tightly falling silhouette of Lu Quang. "He is your cousin for god's sake. How dare you hit your elder brother like this? He is not your enemy."
Zhang Kai shouted out pulling Lu Quang up and took him near the couch. He made him sit on it and turning around he threw a death glare at Xie Jayden but before he could scold him some more he saw gorgeous omega shielding him behind him.
"This is not Jay gege's fault. It all happened because of me." Xiao Xing spoke his heart open in front of three alpha's who were best friends of each other since childhood. Both Lu Quang and Zhang Kai looked at Xiao Xing with astonishment like they got the shock of their life.
But the alpha who needed to be most alarmed of omega's changed behaviour find his act cute to the extent that it brought a pinkish hue on his cheeks which haven't got unnoticed by the other two alphas.
"A-Yuan, you don't understand anything. Just let this go. Don't worry." Zhang Kai said when he somehow yanked his gaze from Xie Jayden who was now glaring at him in annoyance.
"How can you say let this go, Zhang Kai? How can you ask me this question, Zhang Kai? Have you seen how this man was treating my Yuan just now?" Xie Jayden said while coming in front again. "How can he do that to him again? I should not have spared him last time so, I taught him a lesson right now."
"Why you are doing this, Xie Jayden?" Zhang Kai came forward and hold Xie Jayden's both shoulders hard and whispered in his ears. "Xie Jayden, take Mo Yuan home. His health is not well. He should not hear what he is not supposed to."
When Zhang Kai said it, Xie Jayden's heart skipped a beat remembering the past between four of them.
Was his dream of having his love back will only be a path with thrones and stones? But wasn't it the reality of their life that was clear since the beginning when Mo Yuan confessed his heart to him?
"No matter what happens Jay gege, I need you to know you have my heart. It will only beat for you..."
The words of 7 years old Mo Yuan's repeated in his mind again and a single drop of tear escaped from his left eye.

"So, Mr Qin Bai got fired from the office? When is his arresting?" A masculine handsome alpha who was sitting on the topmost floor of the magnificent building in the city asked the beta man and the other one bucked his head in surprise.
"Isn't order is for death? Why we are waiting to arrest?" He asked him in little annoyance and the one who seated, gave him an angry scowl in return,
"How many times I have told you that we have to show every killing as an accident? Why you asked me this question again?" He said while slapping both hands on the tabletop.
"Don't shout at me, you kid. I know what our commands are but I want that bastard behind the bar soon and if every murder is going to be like this how we are ever going to prove who is behind it?" The man disagreed back with a sharp frown on his face that made the scar on his left cheek scarier.
He moved away from the table while he kicked the chair he was sitting on just now. Taking his heavy legs near a big French-style window he took out the cigarette in his fingers and promptly that got lit by the other man who preferred taking the only whiff of other's cigarette smoke.
"We need to wait for the right opportunity. What do you think I am doing in this gang for the last ten years?" The alpha looked at the hue of the sky that almost was like his mood. Only the crimson colour was shown in his eyes.
"These white-collar businessmen always do the dirty work under the mask. That's why they don't get caught easily." He looked back at beta again and with a smirk, he explained his desires. "But this time I will make sure that he makes a mistake and I get to him."
