Synopsis
Twenty years ago in the kingdom of Ember, the king had made a deal with the devils that resided in the flying palace above the forbidden mountain.
In exchange for winning the war, he agreed to give his eldest and firstborn child to the beasts two years after he/she becomes an adult.
The princess, Taleyah comes of age. She is informed of the deal and is made ready to be sent to the beasts. With the fate of her people in her hands, Taleyah is stuck between a rock and a hard place.
On one hand, she wishes to slay the beasts and be free of the deal and on the other hand, she does not wish to bring harm to her people.
Will Taleyah agree to be sent to the flying palace like a sacrificial lamb to five beasts no one has ever seen? Or devise a plan to get away and save herself.

I can already tell that this book is going to be a hit in the FL community. From the synopsis alone one can feel the tension behind her decision and cannot help but read the story out of curiosity about what she might choose. Will she choose to save the humans and her father, the ones that had chosen to sell her off as nothing but a sacrificial lamb? or will she choose to save herself, killing thousands of humans in the process. 10/10!
Well there is not much I can say here other than the author has done a great job here, the book only has 2 chapters so far but it is well written, it is quite intriguing that I have to say, do give it a read, also good luck author and well done.

Great first chapter! I like the interactions between the FL and her parents, the king and Queen... You can tell they care for Taleyah deeply, but chose to sacrifice her for the greater good... It makes sense that they're not just giving her away for the sake of the plot... And the five beasts, so mysterious! Could this actually be a reverse harem with werewolves or devils? 😏 It'll be interesting either way, they're so many possibilities! 😆 I have a hard time imagining the world, though... It'd be great if you could give more vivid descriptions of the world, author... Overall, a great start! You won't regret reading this! 😉

The first chapter itself is well written and the story seems to be amazing. Although I have read many stories of kings and queens but this seems to be definitely different. Keep up the good work author.
