Chapter 12: Sae's Blackmail Attempt, And A Date With Kei!
"I got to say, the school is going overboard on this class trip. This is quite a luxurious cruise ship, for a class trip" Shinji said as Class D was standing in front of a big white luxurious cruise ship
"This has to be a dream! We get to be on such a luxurious cruise ship for two weeks!" exclaimed Kanji
"Everyone! Let's all go and settle in our rooms, so we can enjoy this trip to its fullest!" said Yosuke

On the first night of the trip, Shinji wasn't in his room. He got called to the theatre by his teacher, however, he didn't rush straight to the theatre, but he walked leisurely to the theatre. When he finally arrived at the theatre, he was surprised to see Kiyotaka holding their teacher by the shirt, looking at her with a threatening look
"There is no need for violence, Kiyotaka. Is what Sensei said upset you so much?"
"She called you here too, Shinji?"
"Yes, I did. Though, he's quite late" said Sae with an amused grin
"I came late, so when I arrive, the play will be already over. I don't like Icarus. So? What is so important that you called both of us?"
"She said that Father told the school to expel both of us. She wants to force us to try to get to class A, or else she'll support the decision to expel us" said Kiyotaka
"I see. I already planned to do it anyway, but I understand why you got upset. Sensei, it's seems that your desire to get to class A blinded you. Threatening your students? That's just low. Kiyotaka, you don't need to worry. She won't try to expel us"
"We can't take any risks"
"While she's acting very stupidly right now, she won't try to expel us, since it contradicts the condition she gave you. She knows we're her only chance to get to class A, so she tries to get us to act. Without us, she won't have a chance. While there are some above-average students in our class, they're not enough to get the class to class C, and definitely not to class A"
"So you're saying she's bluffing?" asked Kiyotaka
"I don't know about the part about Father, but she won't try to expel us" Shinji said, and then turned to Sae
"Don't worry, Sensei. I can promise you that by the end of this "class trip", we'll get to class C. However, if you continue doing unnecessary things like this, I'll just have you... replaced, and you won't be able to be a part of our journey to class A" Shinji said with a happy smile, but the look in his eyes wasn't happy at all. It was a piercing look, that sent shivers down Sae's spine
"Are you threatening me?"
"You can think of it as a threat if you want. Just know that if you'll act like a proper teacher should, you'll get to class A, but if you continue to involve yourself unnecessarily, you may miss your chance~~ Let's go Kiyotaka, it's getting late~" Shinji said and started to walk away, with Kiyotaka following
"Do you think he called?" asked Kiyotaka
"Knowing the Professor, he probably did"
"You called him Father back there"
"I did. I can't make them suspicious, or else they'll start digging into places they shouldn't be digging into"
"So you didn't bury it completely?"
"Nothing on the internet can be buried completely. If they'll excessively dig, they'll find something. It may not be something big, but it'll just make them more suspicious, and in the end, they'll ask the Professor for information that he'll be more than glad to give them, considering how proud he's in my origin"

"This place looks nice. A great date spot, don't you think?" Shinji asked Kei as they walked into the luxurious restaurant in the ship
"Are you sure we should be here, Shinji-Kun? I don't feel like it's a place for someone like me..." Kei said, tightening her grip on Shinji's arm, which was locked with hers
"Why wouldn't a pretty girl like you won't fit in a pretty restaurant like this?" Shinji asked with a warm smile, making Kei blush deeply
"We even rented expensive clothes, so we could blend in the atmosphere of the place" said Shinji, gesturing at the white tuxedo he was wearing. Kei was wearing a black dress, that hugged her body, and wore a pair of red heels
"Welcome. Would the two of you like a table for two?" said a butler
"Yes. Thank you"
The butler led them to a table and gave them the menu
"I don't understand anything that written on the menu..." said Kei
"Don't worry. I'll get you something you'll like" Shinji said and made the order. While they were waiting, another student, that sat by a nearby table, said:
"You're from class D, aren't you?" said the student. The student had green hair and matching eyes.
"We are. I'm assuming you're from class A?" said Shinji politely
"Listen. This restaurant isn't a place for the likes of you. You should go and eat some junk food, as fitting for people like you"
"What did you just-" Kei started to say in protest but stopped when she saw Shinji smiling, signaling for her to stop with his hand. She also saw that he had a dangerous look in his eyes, indicating that despite the fact he's smiling, he's very angry
"Looks like this one isn't tamed, Sakayanagi-San..." Shinji said and turned to look at Arisu, who was sitting by another table
"Indeed, you are right. However, this one isn't mine" Arisu said, and averted her gaze at the student that sat in the same table as the green-haired. The student was bald and had a large body frame
"Yahiko. Stop with this unnecessary provocations. Even if we are on vacation, we may still lose points for bad behavior. You should act as a student befitting of class A. While they are students from class D, if they are acting appropriately, they may dine here as much as they would like. You were the one who acted in inappropriate behavior"
"I'm sorry, Katsuragi-San..." Yahiko said, who stood up after what Shinji said, and sat down, despite his anger about being treated like a dog by Arisu and Shinji
"Thank you, Katsuragi-San" said Shinji politely, his anger fading after making fun of Yahiko
"I must say I'm surprised you entered a relationship so early in the year" said Arisu to Shinji
"What can I say? Things happen"
"Things do indeed happen" said Arisu with a light chuckle
"Here is your order" the waiter said, as he came with their order
"Thank you. Now, we can continue with our meal" Shinji said

"I'd like to start the year's first special test!" said Tomonari Mashima, class A's homeroom teacher, receiving a couple of surprised responses from numerous students
"The test will take a week. You'll be living on this island with your class. You'll be given a rule book, with all of the test's rules"
While everyone was confused or focused on what Tomonari said, no one could see the evil smirk on Shinji's face
'Now, let the show begin!'
