Third Person
In the past few days, Kimmy, Claude and Dexter travelled different places, the two got closer and closer as each days passed. They got to know each other as they were together.
"Hey, do you want to visit a new place?" Claude asked.
"If it's a date, I'm not interested." Kimmy joked, swinging her gun and jokingly pointed it at him.
"No, it's not a date! We're just going to visit this place called Land of Dawn. I've been there before, and I thought that maybe you'd want to see for yourself. The Land of Dawn can only be entered by us, who had been there." He explained.
"Yeah, sure, I mean, we don't have anything to do anyways," She shrugged and placed her gun at its holder. "When do we go?" Kimmy asked.
"Right now!" He took her hand and led her back to the forest. Kimmy blushed at the sudden actions.
They ran for minutes that seemed forever to Kimmy, she only looked at Claude's back, then looked down on his hand where it held hers.
"We're here!" He cheered, pointing to a giant rock in front of them.
"Yeah sure, this Land of Dawn sure is big," Kimmy rolled her eyes, she thought that he was messing around.
What shocked Kimmy was when Claude pressed certain parts of the rock, puffs of smoke soon rose from their feet to cover the rock, that soon revealed a door once the smoke cleared.
Claude led her inside, he took her arm when she was busy being shocked of what just happened. "This is beautiful, Claude." She blurted.
"You're more beautiful, darling." Claude replied, and led her to where his friends are.
"Hey there Claude, the greatest thief! Been a while, huh?" A man with dark brown hair shouted in their direction, Claude then ran towards them.
"Oh come on, you've been gone for months and you'll go back with a chick? That's my man!" Another man with blonde hair said.
"Hey you guys! This is Kimmy, I met her back in the forest near the castle." They introduced each other. And soon, Claude introduced Kimmy to almost everyone in the Land of dawn.
They stayed in the Land of Dawn until it was time to go, they headed back to the door where they came from.
"So, what do you think?" Claude asked.
"It was so beautiful, I had fun. I met so many people, they were really nice!" Kimmy exclaimed from happiness. "Especially that girl, Lesley. I can't really see how she and her brother Harley are siblings. Just how!" She kept on talking about her first experience in the Land of Dawn, Claude only smiled to himself seeing the talky side of Kimmy.
Kimmy kept on talking, even when they were preparing the campfire. They settled down on the grass, reminiscing the beautifully dim sky filled with stars.
"Oh, so you're saying that guy Lancelot and Odette are... dating? I thought Lancelot was gay though!" She exclaimed.
"Yes, and so is Clint and Layla. And Miya and Alucard. And Gusion and Lesley. You know, I'm the only one who is not in a relationship in my circle of friends. I get jealous back then because they showed affection to each other most of the time. I mean, come on, they don't have to rub it in my face!" Claude joked.
"Why don't you find yourself a partner though?" She asked while laughing.
"Well, for one, I already have my partner here, right Dexter? And I figured relationships are a pain in the butt. I won't be in a relationship any time soon, but I will if you're going to be my girl." He gazed up in the sky. Kimmy blushed in a deep shade of red and when she felt the hotness of her face she tried to answer.
"W-Well, we just met you know." She admits, she does feel something for Claude too. She just doesn't want to get too attached to him and go too far to the point that they'd be in a relationship. Well, they are, but as friends and nothing more. Kimmy never thought about it before, but now thoughts are evading her mind. She knows that if she gets too attached, things like getting caught by her father and splitting them both would hurt the both of them. But this was her first time being confessed to, so she had no experience.
"If you would give me a chance, I'd give you everything. I'd try to learn more about you, protect you, love you. Kimmy, I know we just met a few weeks ago, but I think I'm already in love with you. Please give me a chance, maybe we can even go back to your home and talk to your father." He took her hand and held iit as if it was a very fragile porcelain hand of a precious doll.
"Of course, Claude.... But the part about talking to my father might not.. be on our first list when we really are in a relationship." She held his cheek, making him lean closer to her face. The dim light from the moon illuminated Kimmy's face that made Claude inch closer and seal their lips.
