Chapter 3: My first Dance With Him
Our PE Teacher, Ms Lin gives instruction to proceed at gymn for our dance rehearsal. Actually, I love dancing but I am not good in it. I don't have that confidence and it's the stumbling block that's why I can't familiarize the steps. Everyone is so energetic, and their energy radiates me. Thanks to them, I was motivated to do my best. The class ends in an assignment for next day's practical exam. Everyone find their pair, but no one approaches me. And I am shy too to approach them to be my partner. I thought that no one wants me to be their partner.
The next day, "Mace, are you ready? It was Marko with a bright smile. He means, if I am ready for our PE practical exam. "Yes. but I don't have a partner yet." He responded. "I will be your partner later, Ms Lyn approves to repeat as long as everyone can perform. I am happily responded: "Thanks!"
Then he rushed to Hazel, his original dance partner whom his former classmate and seat mate in our class. I watch them practicing, and I follow their lead. I begun mingling with other girls until everyone voluntered to perform.
It's my turn, and Marko immediately walk towards me. He render his hand, "Come on, let's do our best." We perform zestfully, and I don't even notice the time so fast and it's finished. I made it. Thanks to him. I was saved.
As I rushed to the classroom for our next class. I remember that we had an assignment. Since I still have some time, I manage to review it while comparing my solution to the answer of my classmates. I am grateful that my brother help me in it, because I am just an average in Mathematics.
I recall the moment Marco held my hand few minutes ago, I can feel his warm hand holding mine. For some reason, I begun mesmerizing an event where we dance in a romatic music in a cozy place with beautiful flowers that surrounds. I love the feeling and it makes my heart flutter. He looks at me, and he seems to be a real prince charming. He is so handsome. He smiles at me, and my heart beats so fast. Am I trembling? Oh no, he might notice it. We dance for a couple of minutes. We are so happy and we even exchange the sweetest glance of a real inlove couple.
"In your dreams!"
I was shock as I hear a loud noise that wakes me up.
"I will not lend it to you, Oh my darling 'Seung. You are mine! muahh muahh." It was Joann, the Kdrama fanatic and so fond of Seung. Bea is trying to get his poster which she is carrying all day.
Back to my dreams, I am quite upset that it ends so sudden. I wish I can spend some more time with him even in my dreams. I looked at him as he is chatting to our classmate. He is laughing and looks so happy today. I am just in content by just glancing to him.
To my surprise, he suddenly turns to me. Still laughing to the random jokes of our classmate Resty. Our eyes meet. And Oh no! I suddenly feel a sudden racing of my heart. My face is getting red and I don't know how would he think of me. Will he noticed my feelings for him? Would he avoided me if he knows that I likes him. This are the thoughts that flows in my mind.
