Chapter 11: Saint
Axel was waiting old farts to finish their conversation. They are still talking about him.
While they are talking Axel thought of the past year, right now Axel is 17 and Fairy Tail disappear 1 year ago. This past year Axel only train his swordmanship and right now he is beginning of king level. His haki is still grandmaster level. Axel didn't train his haki that much in 1 year because he understand why Roger died so early in his life and why no doctors couldn't heal him completely. His body couldn't lift weight of his soul. Axel understand this, his body is only container for his soul, if the container not strong enough it could break. If Axel had the guess Garp, Shanks, Kaido and Whitebeard was half-conqueror that's why they are so powerful but Roger was Conqueror. Axel also noticed that people have different talent regarding haki, for example Shanks is conqueror type but Garp is talented in armament type and Katakuri is observation type but he gain his haki from God, real God, One Above All so he has talents all type. His origin energy start to increase a lot if he had to guess his energy compare to 6 tails but Axel wanted more, althought if he used kaleidoscope he can have unlimited energy but he never used kaleidoscope till now. Thought Axel had a plan and waiting for right moment and right now isn't right time. Also he knows that most important thing is control, with control he can use EX ranked techniques one after another with less energy, so he always work on his control. So Axel train his body like Saitama but thankfully he has still his hair, also train his control till morning to night. His sonido reach it to new hights, he can use sonido without noise now, normally booming or static noise was heard but not anymore, he also could go much much faster. He is now master enbu user but he felt he could still go further but he didn't want to rush and cause harm. Truth-seeking orbs still owerpowered. This past year Axel gone all over the continent and fight with his sword only, so his swordmanship king level right now. One other thing is he also start to cook as a hobby. Training all the time start to effect his mental state so as a hobby he start to cook, also while traveling his hobby came quite handy. He is not master chef yet but he is still good, also while traveling and going around he asked chefs to teach him to their style and ways. While he was thinking this old farts finished and they turn towards him.
''Axel Cole we Magic Council declare you as Wizard Saint. Carry your duties with honour.''
''I will.''
After that Axel take his badge and start to talk with others. Magic council told him that if there is attack to the country he has a duty to defend now which Axel accept it. Later Warrod came and told Axel he need to talk to him tomorrow and told him to came to the inn he is staying. Axel said goodbye to everyone and leave the council. When Axel came outside he saw Jenny and Kagura waiting for him. They met each other 6 months ago when Axel told Kagura about Jenny. Kagura wanted to meet her she thought if Axel teach her she should be good so Axel took her Jenny for their spar. They also start spar each other whenever they could and became friends.
''Congratulations mister wizard saint'' said Jenny with a smile.
''Yeah congratulations Axel'' Kagura also had a smile on her face.
''Come on girls let's celebrate it's on me'' said Axel.
They gone and celebrate until dawn, they talked their own adventures and travels, girls told him their job and such, after that Jenna and Kagura has to go to their guild. Axel go to Warrod for their talk. Warrod was waiting him at the inn and took Axel to his room.
''My boy first of all I have to say congratulations for your new title but I didn't ask you to come here for that. I don't want to beat around the bush so I will tell you directly. I want you to join Fairy Tail.''
''Teacher may I ask why?'' Axel asked, thought he really couldn't understand why his teacher wanted to join Fairy Tail. He knows Warrod is one of the founding members of the guild so there is definetly a reason behind this sudden question.
''My boy I'm one of the founding member of the said guild. Me, Mavis, Yury, Precht were build the guild together. Long story short Mavis did something to save someone but she got cursed instead and her body was no longer able to grow or mature from that point onwards. By the time Precht encased her body in a lacrima, though, Mavis was biologically twenty-four but she was still looking like a child but before encased her body in a lacrima he sensed magic power still emanating from her heart, so in his despair to save her, he trapped her in a giant lacrima in the guild basement, performing various regenerative experiments on her before figuring out that she was under Ankhseram's curse. Continuing the experiments on her long after he became Master, Precht's intellect combined with Mavis own immortal life force gave birth to the eternal magic Fairy Heart, an infinite source of Magic Power. Now imagine one moment infinite magic powered Etherion, magic council give everything for that kind of power. I don't know how but Alvarez Empire learned this. I didn't want to burden you with kind of responsibility but I don't have much choice with Alvarez Empire now on the move and with disappearance a lot of Fairy Tail members Fairy Heart now vulnerable so I want you to join Fairy Tail and protect Fairy Heart.''
''I'll do it.'' said Axel without a pause. Now he remembered Mavis' body is still in the basement. It was 17 year since he read Fairy Tail manga, he remembers big name like Natsu, Erza, Zeref, Acnologia but he didn't remember everything. Since he came to this world he was training most of the time, recently he started to cook but 17 year is big time to forget some things but Axel didn't have any problem for this task he knows they will be back so until they came he will protect Mavis, for the first time he came to his door till now his teacher never asked anything from him, he teach him not just magic but about life too. After all Warrod was older than his 2 lifetime together and he knows he maybe mature for his age thanks to his first life but his first life was peaceful but Warrod spend his life fighting for his beliefs, living his adventure so he knows more than him about life. Axel believe experience can beat anything, as an example he can show his cooking, at first he was really bad but in time trying again and again his cooking start to bloom.
''That fast my boy?''
''Yes teacher, this is the first thing you asked from me and that is not for yourself but your friend and other people so yes I will do it. I promise you I will protect your friend.''
''Thank you my student.'' said Warrod with unshed tears in his old eyes, he was thankful Axel for he didn't saw Mavis' body energy source he only saw her as his friend or he didn't talk about Mavis' body as an object but as a person.
''Also Axel this is guild secret only master should know so don't tell others also don't mention about me being ex-member too.''
''Don't worry my lips are sealed.''
With that Axel leave the inn and start his journey to the Fairy Tail while he was thinking life is really mysterious. All those years ago he declined Makarov's offer to join the guild but now life again guide him through there. Life is truly unpredictable.
