I read the letter and frowned a little.

Bakir nodded his head and took out a letter from his pocket before giving it to me. I read it for a few seconds and hear Bakir start to talk.
"Stormfist gets intel from the guild saying that a rather famous Khal will attack Stormfist in a couple of weeks."
"Truly? Who is he? How many riders were under his command?"
"The Khal is named Khal Jorgo and he has around fifty thousand men under his command."
"I see. This is bad."
"How is it bad, your highness? We have a wall in front of our city. We only need to wait for them to attack our city and exhaust their army from afar."
"Yes, that may be true. I have been reading about how the Dothraki fought and it was not good. They will not attack Stormfist directly. No. They will encircle the area and raid all the villages and towns around Stormfist. They will starve the city and attack anyone getting out of the city. We will starve to death. As their king, I cannot let that happen."
Many people think the Dothraki is nothing but a savage that is not a threat to them, but it is far from the truth. They are a menace to society. They are savage, that is true, but they are also smart on the battlefield. They did not have morale, and that is what made them dangerous.

I smile at his words. The area around Stormfist is a steppe perfect for raising horses and other livestock. It is also an ideal place for a master rider like the Dothraki. However, because I knew that Dothraki would be a problem in the future, I ordered a group of Black Dogs and White Cats to make a forest around the area.
I snap from my thoughts when the door opens up and see the butler come back with three scrolls in his hand.
"Here is the map, your highness."
"Thank you."
I smile at him and open the map on the table.
"This is the map of Stormfist. Do you know where they are coming from?"
"Sadly, they did not know where they will come from but if what they say is correct then they will come from Volantis, your highness."
"Volantis? Why?"
"We have rather shaky evidence that the leader of Volantis wants to take over Stormfist and rule over them. It looks like they are thinking that Stormfist is an easy target because you cannot reach that place quickly."
"That is true if they did not think about my magic."
"They know about your magic, your highness. However, they did not know about your teleportation ability."
"Fool. Anything else?"
"After the Dothraki finished with Stormfist, they will come and declare the city as theirs."
"I see. It was a good plan."
I look at the map and think for a few seconds.
"If they are coming from Volantis, we should defend and receive them from this area."
I point my finger at the disputed land or at least a former disputed land, as the people in this are already declared to serve under me as long as I give them protection and help. Because of this, this area was also used as a natural defense against the Dothraki.
Swamp and Forest is the worst place for horsemen, and that place is a perfect place for it. It was a thick forest that could be changed into a swamp.
"Send our best archer and hunter to this place. Scout the area and ask the Black Dogs to prepare another group of magicians to be sent to Stormfist. I want them to slowly change this area into a swamp and a perfect place for our hunter to ambush the incoming Dothraki."
"I see. It was a good idea, your highness. I will tell them to prepare immediately."
