He sits on his bed after getting a sip of water. Having quenched his thirst. He begins to think about his future plans.
For now all he could do was train. What he lacked right now wasn't experience, but a better and stronger body.
He didn't have enough power to do what he wants right now so all he could do was train.
He doesn't want to be like his previous life, his life in the hands of someone else, letting them decide his life and death.
"Jalgoth why are you still training?" Touki said, his bed was below Jagaroth's bed. And was one of his only friends. Having become close friends after years of being together in the orphanage. He was a bit shorter than Jalgaroth, had black hair and no special traits about him.

And that is when you stop.
After pushing your demonic energy gauge to being completely empty, the gauge's energy limit, will increase. Your body limits will also increase because you also pushed your body to the limit time and time again in the midst of pushing your gauge to being empty. although it only increases it by a little. if you do it every day, for a long time, it will make a difference. In both your magical power limit, and your body limit.
and this also raises your potential and magical power limit amount once it stop growing.
But then why isn't more lower rank devils using it?
It's because, lower rank devils have less control over their magical power so it is harder for them to do it. And when you're a kid, most people don't think of becoming stronger, you want to do what's fun.
The only reason he's able to do it, is because he has already practiced it before he died in this world. In the last life, he only began being able to do it when he was 19, but the natural demonic energy growth last to 18 so it was too late.
The reason why the nobles don't do it is because, this only works well before you reach high rank. After that, it shows little result.
Of course it is also because most of the 72 clans of naturally born high rank devils are very lazy, they only get their power through their natural growth.
