I took a diary out from my pocket which is more likely a marine log or something.
Hmm so let's think.
I took my cigar from my mouth and scribbled on pages with burning end. I started to make some shapes. smokey ghost, stretchy blows, thrusting jitter.... I turned the page and made some more shapes till my imagination ran out.
I put still smoking cigar behind my ear and looked at my handy work.
" yeah we can work with this "
Hmm so original smoker as strong as he was in early one piece but he didn't really became stronger after that.
One can say he was overconfident in his logia ability and that's why he never bothered with other techniques like rokushiki from marine but arguably he did learn armament haki but that was just barely on passable marks category rather then calling it real weapon.
But if I think about it deeply even the admiral with their all super powerfull logia abilities didn't really bothered with them either or atleast they didn't use them from what I remember.
So it can be concluded that either they don't know them or they don't think those technique are useful at their current level.
One more possibility is that they haven't fought seriously enough to use them in show.
Ugh scratch that.
Lets think about my own logia powers. So as a logia user maybe smoker thought he didn't need rokushuki too. I mean if we compare then...
Geppo- I can fly
Soru- I can use smoke like white launcher
Kami-e - bitch I am logia
Tekkai- bitch I am logia
Tempest kick- I can always stretch my blows
Finger pistol- yeah I can use my jitte
But if we involve haki with this then bitch I am logia will become logia you are a bitch.
Hmm yeah I need to train in them plus haki too I guess.
Anyways let's do some expirement. I transformed my hands then legs then my whole body into smoke.
My whole body became smoke.

Flying with wind felt like I am some kite just Drifting with wind.
" hahaha cool" after a minute or two I transformed myself back and fall on the port.
I looked around to see tashigi still admiring her swords.
I walked behind her and raised my hand and
" slap....move your lazy ass tashigi " spanked her perky ass.
"Kyaaahh. S...smoker san I was just about to ..." said tashigi as she tried to explain herself. But I cut her off
" so did you get any good swords?"
Her eyes shine for a moment as she started to speak enthusiasly with a wide smile
" yeah there are so many beauties. Look at this sword it's so sharp and..."
As she blabbered about swords I turned my ears off. I turn my gaze to Marine soldiers that were seizing other weapons from pirates since our sword freak only took swords. They started cuff them with iron shackles.
" so tashigi do we have those seastone shackles from headquarters ?"
" ugh.. what?. You mean sea stone cuffs for capturing devil fruit users? "
"Hmm yeah"
" ofcourse we have sir. You insisted on taking them even though other said east blue is weakest sea and you won't need them here."
Yeah she is right. All this time in loguetown smoker didn't really use them untill now.
I guess that's the reason east blue is weakest sea if we ignore some stupidly strong guys who started their journey from here.
" tell someone to send one in my room"

' on what basis she alternate between smoker and sir? . Maybe when I give her orders she use sir otherwise smoker. Training habits I guess.' I thought while roaming in the loguetown.

She is a tall woman with fiery pink hair and large pink eyes. She is dressed in a dark red flamenco dress with white frills, a green sash that she uses as a belt with a large red rose on her hip, and hot pink shoes. She wears a gold headband and a silver-emerald necklace that match her diamond-shaped emerald earrings.
"" Nope you just started some weeks ago sister"" Said 2 of her assistant.

I looked at their drama and ignore them and started to walk away. Just as I was out of the range. Again I heard the voice of someone crying as If on foodgasm.
" umaaiiiiii" I looked at his face and he looked like someone I should know. As I stated at his face and as if he felt that I was staring at him.he looked back at me. He shuddered and stood up and saluted.
" Sir, I completed the task. "Said sasazuki.
After looking again at him. His clothes were different. I guess he changed after that grueling run. I came out of my stupor as a sweet voice spoke to me.
" ohh good marine sir, would you like to taste the food made by east blue's best chef? " said fiery woman.
" best chef of east blue. Isn't it zeff? " I said tilting my head.
" zeff who is that? "Said fiery woman
" ohh you don't know him and you say you are best cheff in east blue" I said with some amusement in my voice
"" sis, zeff from baratie. That old man with one leg. "" Said her two assistant in unison

" Shut up ofcourse I know" She slapped them with her pan again.
"So are you saying you are better cook then him? Miss..." I dragged my voice
" Carmen the woman who will become the best chef in world and ofcourse I am better then some old horse with one leg humph." She said in condensing manner.
Ugh does she have a problem with zeff? Meh who cares. Let's just enjoy it.
" so if you are not better then zeff then you will have to become my personal chef. " I said coyly
' hahaha I can have my personal kitchen slave hehe...'
" ugh why would I become your personal chef?" Said Carmel the fiery woman
"Ughhh I thought you were best cheff of east blue. What you are afraid some old horse with one leg ?.....hahahah" I said while laughing as if I caught her lie.
" that...that ughh OK yeah I will become your personal cheff if I lose to that old coot 'humph'." Said Carmel while thinking ' it's not like zeff will come here to compete with me humph baka'.
" OK one week from today miss Carmel " I said to fiery woman as I turned myself in smoke.
