Chapter 2: ...Who?
King Hall was wandering around the city aimlessly. His luck seemed to have gotten bad lately.
Waking up, he almost turned deaf from an ear-piercing scream of his sister, Luna. The reason for her scream? She broke her nail.
King really wanted to go and shut her mouth up then. No, before that he wanted to run away, turn invisible or even get teleport-ed to some other space. Because he knew what was coming up next.
"Brother~ Your dearest and cutest sister broke her nail again. *cry* *cry* Help your sweet sister fix it please~"
"Can I say no?" King wanted to cry.
As soon as he said that, he regretted it. A sudden chill climbed up his back. Slowly he turned towards the door only to find his so called 'cute' sister smiling creepily at him.
"You already know the answer to it~ Brother~"
And so, thus began the day of 'sister's slave' King.
Oh, that event just didn't finish there. After turning the whole house upside down for her nail, Luna pestered King to go shopping with her. Even his parents decided to abandon him to the cruel fate of accompanying his sister. Who would want to go for shopping in such a hot day?
But sadly, King's fate was sealed. Who told him to be the only one who could tolerate his sister's evils *ahem*, I mean pleas.
Tossing and turning for the entire day, going from one shop to another, then again going back, to and fro until Luna was satisfied with a mountain of clothes, shoes and jewelries she bought, King finally got his 'own free time'.
See, wasn't his luck too bad? Even while wandering he got to see some stupid rich second or third generation bullying someone in board daylight! He really should have checked his horoscope before leaving his house. No. not only before leaving his house, but even before he woke up, he should have checked.
Well you see, King is a good boy. He knew 'curiosity killed the cat'. So, without even looking he knew what to do.
And you know, King was not just a planner, but he was also a doer. Thus, he quickly turned around and decided to march right in opposite direction of the incident.
Well, he had to maintain his hard-earned image of 'ice prince', indifferent to everything. It is hard to believe that he actually managed to pull it off. The unfeeling 'ice prince' was actually an act King put on to avoid any slip, i.e. exposing his true nature.
Just as he took a few steps, a loud sound was heard coming from the commotion.
"Stop bullying them right now!"
Hearing such classic line, King's lips twitched. He really wanted to know who spoke such words.
Curiosity got better of him and he went towards the crowd; he had already tossed his killed cat at the back of his head.
Really wanted to know who the justice upholder was.
When he reached the front, he saw a completely unfamiliar young man confronting Cannon fodder A, aka Ruby Hall, King's cousin.
But King didn't care about Ruby. He only had one question in his head.
'...Who ... ... is that busybody?'
