Chapter 3: Dungeon boss
After maybe an hour of me running through the forest and killing other beast I finally found what I was looking for. I was a distance away from a cave that had mist coming out of it. The feeling that gave me goosebumps was coming from that cave which means the source is there as well.
I had already made my mind up to fight it, but I don't want to go inside the cave. It might be another pack in there and I'm not dumb enough to go in there immediately.
'I need bait.' I thought as I out a finger to my chin.
'Ah, I can use some wolf meat!' I thought and took out one big roll of meat. I had a lot of these, so I can use them however I wanted.
I tossed it outside the cave and it rolled forward a bit. I waited and waited when I finally heard a deep growl along with ground crushing steps.
I saw glowing red eyes swaying side to side as whatever it was came out of the cave. Once I saw it my eyes went wide and my body froze. It was a 10ft tall wolf standing on its hind legs. It's fur was black, but covered in blood.
It's arms had spikes protruding from them and it's claws look like swords. It's mouth is also filled with teeth like daggers along with two huge ones coming out of his mouth.

It stabbed its claw into the meat and tossed it into its mouth and in one bit the whole thing was gone. The beast walked back into its cave and I sat there frozen in the tree.
It wasn't just its appearance, but it gave off a feeling of death if I even moved.
'Status.'

After looking at my status and seeing that I had 3 skills I tapped it and my skill list was shown.

[Dash lvl.18] gives you a 30% boost in speed. Can use for 10 minutes.
[Empower lvl.10] increase strength by 30%. Cost 10 MP/use.
[Sword Blitz lvl.10] Deliver a constant chain of attacks to push the enemy back or kills them.

Taking a breath in the system disappeared from my view and I focused on the cave entrance. Again I took out some meat and tossed it in front of the cave. Just like last time the werewolf came out of the cave and stabbed the meat with his nail and ate it.
He turned around to go back into the cave and that was my chance. I used [Dash] and [Empower] and shot towards the werewolf aiming to cut off its head.
Swinging the sword that was covered in blue mana at its neck, I thought I actually killed it. Unfortunately when I swung it only grazed the neck as the werewolf appeared to my far left.
As I was coming to the ground I rolled and got on guard as I looked at the werewolf. It was looking back at me and with a ground shaking roar it appeared in front if me.
I was able to get my sword up to block, but it was broken into pieces once it's claws smashed into it. I was sent rolling into a tree, completely toppling it over when I finally stopped.
I was laying flat on the ground with blood coming from my mouth and nose. A deep claw wound with blood flowing out. This wound was too great fir my healing to handle so it was useless.
'I'm actually gonna die. I thought this was supposed to be a E rank dungeon what the hell. Maybe this E-rank, but I'm just weak.' I laid there in my thoughts as I looked at the huge moon in the sky.
The light shining down on me and the vibration from the werewolf's steps were soothing in a way.
'I don't want to die.' I thought as I called on the system. I drank one if the health potions with shaking hands and my body was covered in a green light.
I felt the werewolf stop moving as I got back up to my feet. Looking at the sword I have now, I just threw it to the side. Opened the shop I traded some items and sold some materials to buy a B-Rank sword.

It gives me a 60% increase in strength and 40% increase in speed. With it I equipped the [Beast Killer] title as I looked at the werewolf.
It's ears perked up entirely as it looked at me. I didn't want it to be in control of the direction this fight would go in, so I used [Dash] and [Empower] again to appear in front of him as I slashed at his stomach.
It jumped back, but I didn't let up and used [Sword Blitz] to keep it from attacking. I could feel myself getting fired and my mana going down, so I used [Dash] one more time to go around it and cut at the back of its neck.
The blade ran through its neck, but the werewolf ran forward as I saw it healing. It roared out as it ran forward with its claws out.
It slashed at me, but I blocked it with the sword as I was being pushed back. Using [Empower] I dug my feet into the ground as I was slowly coming to a stop.
It slashed at me again with its right claws, but I jumped back, dodging it. He ran forward with its own fury or slashes. I continued to use [Sword Blitz] to keep it at bay, but I was loosing stamina and getting tired.
My blade faltered for a moment and the wolf was able to cut my side as I jumped back avoiding a fatal wound. Breathing hard I looked at the werewolf and it too seemed to be running out if energy.
I took out another health potion, but the werewolf didn't sit steal it ran at me on its hands and feet. I saw that it charged at me and I jumped over it while drinking the health potion.
It smashed into a tree before stopping and I was already chugging down a stamina potion. I ran it at with everything that I had and used [Empower] and once I got close enough it was also ready to slash me, but I used [Sword Blitz] at the last second.
There was a moment of silence, before it's body started dropping into smaller pieces. Blood was everywhere as I breathed out and put the sword into my storage.
"I wonder what the other dungeons look pike for this to be an E-rank dungeon." I said with a sigh. I turned around and went to see if there was anything in the cave.
I could see perfectly inside the cave and as soon as I walk in there was a huge treasure chest. There was also bones everywhere along with blood splattered along the ground and walls of the cave.
I went to the chest and opened it. Suddenly the system opened up as it was a system message.

I claimed my rewards, but didn't use the stat points since they could be used later.
"Umm…ID leave?" I said with an unsure tone. Suddenly my body was enveloped in a bright light. Again I closed my eyes and there I was. In my room standing up.
I could see that it was bright as day outside so I hot my phone and it was 6:37 in the morning.
"I was in there the whole day yesterday!?!" I said shocked. I looked at my clothes which were torn up, so I went to take a shower.
…
After coming out of the shower I changed my clothes, but noticed that they were a bit short now.
'My stat augment my physical body, but I'll still workout. It wouldn't be a problem to take some type of fighting classes or something with swords as well.' I thought as I sat on the couch.
I turned on the TV and watched the news. It seems like there was a monster that was outside of a gate and in the real world. There was a group of low rank adventures to handle it along with a B-rank healer though.
"To think all that happened last night." I said with a yawn. I decided that instead of going shopping today or anything, that I'd just buy some stuff from the shop and go to sleep.
There was normal stuff in there along with stuff for adventurers. I leaned onto the arm of the couch and went to sleep.

Looking at his status on the couch Sung Mingyoo was smiling. He was wearing a normal white T-shirt and some sweatpants as he looked at his status.
The first dungeon that he was able to go to didn't give him levels anymore and everything was too easy, so he didn't go back and left it cleared. He hasn't had access to another dungeon yet, but he decided that he might as well go on another normal dungeon run for today.
