While he was sobbing the police saw what had happened to him so one of them called in the nurse.
As she walked in she saw him,
"Poor baby."
She exclaimed when he heard it he burst into tears she looked at the police officers
"Please leave the room for a while."
Then she looked over at the other nurse and whispered something into his ear then he left the room.
The nurse who was whispering earlier came over to and started talking
"Shh, it alright little guy, you're safe, they all left the room."
as she was talking he started to calm down and was started to stop crying. Then the other nurse who had left came over with something in his hands, it was a pullup.
He quickly put it on him and changed his sheets, then called the police back into the room.
"Hey, buddy how are you did we scare you earlier we didn't mean to, we just have some questions for you."
one the men said as they entered the room
"Can you tell us why you were there"
As he heard this he looked down and tried not to look at them as he told them with a slight lisp
"Ma and Pa told me to run away from the bat. As I ran away the bat caught me."
"Oh ok once you are all healed up we will send somewhere so you can get adopted"
