Chapter 1: Act 1 - The Boy Who Trained Himself

A young messy blue haired, hazel eyed boy was doing push-ups to train his body, but it was obvious that the boy was overworking himself. He didn't care, however, as he felt that he needed to become much stronger than before. He was only six years old and yet, he knew that he needed to become much, much stronger.

When he was done with his push-ups, the young boy would go to the largest tree in the forest and he started to punch the tree extremely hard with his small fists. Despite the aching pain from his arms and fists, the boy persisted with his style of training. However, the boy had fainted after punching the tree so many times.

When the boy had recovered consciousness, he resumed his training, only being more harsher on himself this time around. By this point, it had already begun to grow dark and the boy huffed a bit. He couldn't train as much as he wanted to in the dark, so he forced himself upon a tree and he slept on the tree. The boy's dreams were filled with him having fights with other people that were much stronger than him and the boy didn't mind. These were the dreams that made him feel so relaxed for the first time in a long time.

Six Years Later...

The boy had grown significantly taller and he was now twelve years of age. His blue hair has also grown significantly longer and more spikier. The boy had put a ponytail in his hair to manage the much longer hair. Due to his training, he is very well-built as his muscles are big. He was wearing a sleeveless black shirt with a turtleneck collar with white trousers. The trousers only reached his knees and on his feet were sandals with white socks. His brown scabbard was on his right, with his sword resting in the scabbard. The boy is said to have never fought anyone; his presence alone causes fear in the people that merely gazes upon him.

The boy was simply resting in the village of Kurogami and he was going to leave either the night of or the morning of the next day, he couldn't decide. He just knew that he had no business there after he was done searching about the village for something to eat. He didn't want any trouble with the local people so he stayed away from them. The last thing he wanted was to be accused of something he didn't do. However, before the boy could make his decision, a woman's scream made him turn to see what was happening in the village.

Blood spattered everywhere as a bloodthirsty man with a sword longer than the boy's sword had appeared, cutting down everything in his path, not caring about the blood that landed at his feet. The man was wearing a black men's kimono with black sandals and white socks. The man didn't have a scabbard as he held his sword in his hand. The boy didn't pull out his sword, he didn't need to at the moment as he saw no reason to pull out his sword. "Pull out your sword." The man commanded. The boy simply stared at him, not moving. The man got angry at this and he thrust his sword towards the boy. However, the boy swiftly moves out of the way without drawing his sword. This shocks the man because he didn't know that a mere child could dodge his blade. However, the man simply just starts to attack by thrusting his blade repeatedly at the boy. However, his plan failed as the boy saw through his moves and he dodges the relentless attacks over and over. When the man finally stopped his barrage of sword thrusts, that was when the boy punched and kicked him. The boy's simple attacks nearly knocks the man out of commission.

"You're a waste of time, weakling," the boy had finally spoke, shocking the man about how cold he sounded. The man knew that if he had really fought seriously against him, the boy could have easily slayed him. The man paled at the thought of dying at the hands of a child.

The boy that had stopped the bloodthirsty man was known as Star Kimura.
