Chapter 120: Andromeda Fix 3
It was just in instant but the hands of all the Nexus Security Guards were cut off by the Elite Royal Guards of the Imperium. As the Princess Laya didn't have to work that hard and instead just left the little things to her guards who would be glad to rid the princess of these small 'Problems'.
"I don't like to repeat myself so now all of you will be arrested and sentenced to death in the name of the Imperium for going against the Royal Family and holding hundreds of thousands of people hostage" Stated Laya.
She was referring to the Nexus Security preventing the Imperium Arks from awaking their people which in itself was a crime since they should have been the first Arks to be fully awaken but because of certain circumstances things changed.
And once those circumstances or problems were fixed the Nexus Security refused to allow the Ark to awaken people. ED immediately analyzed the situation and implemented a solution by waking Princess Laya up and a few of her guards.
The Imperium Arks technology was advanced so waking up from cryo would not cause side effects such as the ones in the original Andromeda game. Instead it was instant and without any problems.
So once Princess Laya was up and active, ED informed her of the situation and Princess Laya immediately took action to fix this problem and get the Initiative back on track.
After Princess Laya sentenced them to death her Royal Guards knocked out all the Nexus Security including Kaetis the Head of Nexus Security and placed them under arrest.
The people who were watching what was going on had begin cheering after seeing Laya since now the Initiative can be saved and their lives can improve.
The group of people had decided to lead Laya to where Director Tim was so she can immediately replace him and become the new Director.
Of course along the way they encountered some Nexus Security dispatched by Director Tim but they were instantly handled and soon Princess Laya had made her way towards the Director office where Director Tim had attempted to make a last stand but what he was facing was Laya and her Royal Guards which were the most powerful Warriors in the Galaxy at the moment, even stronger than the Kett.
So after 5 minutes of a last stand Director Tim was taken prisoner and sentenced to Death. The remaining Nexus Security had decided to stand down and not fight against Princess Laya since for one, she was the true director, and two there was now way they were going to win anyways.
Now that Princess Laya was in charge and had taken over as Director she had begun to meet with the current Departments heads and get a briefing on what has transpired in the Galaxy and what the situation was with the station.
She also had ED integrate with the station to receive the help and to get a trusted ally that could spot any dangers or any other things to the Station.
After the briefing she felt a little angry about what happened with the Exiles since they came to this Galaxy to explore together not to come to a new Galaxy and fight with each other.
This was not the purpose of the Initiative and she would make sure to change that and actually do what they were intended to do first which was to 'Explore the unknown'.
So she had her brother's Prince Zinn and Prince Luke pulled our of cryo and had explained to them the situation at hand.
Though she wish she didn't since Prince Zinn was a battle maniac so once he heard about these aliens that he could fight he was excited and wanted to go fight them now.
But he was raised to control those emotions so first he will focus on the mission at hand which is to establish an outpost on various worlds to produce food for the Nexus.
Both Zinn and Luke was given a scout ship with a full crew and sent out into the Galaxy to clear potential outpost worlds of any enemies and find a way to make the world habitable.
They both were sent to the same planet since this planet was found to have the most viability so far. The planet's name was Eos. It was a failed colony of the Initiative that was taken out by the Aliens.
Both Luke and Zinn would strike the enemy stronghold on this planet to allow the Nexus to reestablish connection with the outpost and to start waking more people from the Imperium Arks up to speed up the progress of the Initiative.
The Imperium Arks had lot's of people such as engineers, scientists, pilots, technicians, soldier's, colonists, etc. They had a person for each that job that would be required in this Galaxy.
So all Laya needs to do now is find a way to get enough food produced to wake them up and to spread her influence to the rest of the Nexus and investigate the Hostile Aliens.
