Chapter Two: Where am I?
"You little brat!" Mrs. Koiki bellowed, slapping Suzuki Hiro, a childhood friend of mine, in the face. "This is all your fault!"
"Hiro!" Kanemura Eri ran to Hiro to lift him back up.
"This is all of you guys' fault!" Mrs. Koiki shouted.
"Calm down!" Mr. Koiki yelled, holding her back from harming the teenagers.
"It's their fault! Especially that Hiro! We shouldn't have let Kousei be friends with them!"
"What is this? Why am I seeing this?" I thought. I stared down at a transparent screen.
"Don't harm the kids! You're a crazy woman!" Mr. Koiki bellowed. Wait, that's my mom and dad. I see my friends, Tsukki, Eri, Hiro, and Hana. Why are they there? What's that coffin behind them. Is that me? What's going on?! Why is Hiro being beaten up by mom?! None of my friends deserves this!
I blinked once again and the scene disappeared. I opened my eyes and see a bunch of other people walking around. It's like a train station where you buy tickets.
Then a sparkle of lights appear in front of me. It seem to lead a way to somewhere that I don't know. Oh well, just follow it and see what happens.
After following it, it led to me a lady. I looked around the surroundings. I think I am in a train station with galaxy background? And this lady in front of me seems to be selling tickets.
"Welcome!" the woman shouted cheerfully. "Welcome to BB Station!"
"BB Station?" I questioned.
"Between Boundaries Station! My name is Miu 23! I will be your guide to your future!" she answered.
"Um, okay… What do I have to do?"
"I will first check your status and your life before you died."
"Uh, for what?"
"You're currently a stray soul and people who suicide come here to be judged."
Realization just popped out from my head. "Wait a minute… I'm dead?!"
"Did you just noticed that?" Miu 23 inquired, giggling a bit. "Anyways, I've checked your status. You're pretty a nice guy. Now, I will show you a clip of how your family are doing from your memory box."
"My family…?"
Miu 23 then pressed a button. "Yep."
A screen then appeared in front of me. I looked at it.
"This is all your fault!" Mrs. Koiki bellowed. "You're the one who made him kill himself!"
"You crazy woman!" Mr. Koiki shouted. "My fault?! You're the one who ruined us!"
"Dad, that's enough," Seitarou, Kosei's little brother, said.
"You little brat!" Mrs. Koiki hissed, grabbing Seitarou's hair. "You must be happy huh? Your big brother who finally died so now you can have all our attention! Who do you think you are huh?! HUH?!"
Seitarou clenched his teeth and fists. He then swung his fist against Mrs. Koiki.
"ARGH!" Mrs. Koiki cried.
"Seitarou! Why did you hit your own mother?!" Mr. Koiki yelled, grabbing Seitarou's shirt.
Mrs. Koiki lifted herself back up and slapped Seitarou in the face. "You son of a bitch!"
"That's enough," Miu 23 said, closing the clip.
I stared in space, frozen. Words aren't coming out from my mouth.
"You must be shocked by what just happened. Now that you know what's going on, I will give you another clip of how your friends are doing."
Another screen appeared in front of me again. This time my friends are in it. In the clip, they are together looking depressed, especially Hiro who has bruises and a scar on his face. What did my mother do to them?
"And that's enough," Miu 23 said, closing the screen. "Now, according to your status, you're not under the bad category so I will give you three choices."
"Wait," a voice spoke.
A girl walked towards me.
"Who?" I questioned.
