Chapter 41: Mia's Solution

"I think I can help with the map, Dad," Mia stated, grabbing the attention of everyone in the car.

"What is it, baby?" Malachi asked softly, curious as to what his girl had in mind. 

Since the apocalypse started, it felt like they've been steadily moving from one problem to another. 

First, it was saving Anna from becoming the dinner of a monster, and now they were having difficulty navigating with the map they brought.

They wanted to go to Las Vegas, and while that location was pinpointed on the map like many other locations, the map did not help in telling how to get there and just showed its rough location. 

If they had been using another help like Google Maps, for example, not only would the map be more detailed, but Malachi would have been able to plan his way around going to Las Vegas by choosing paths he deemed good enough for them to take. 

However, there was no Google Maps.
