" Not bad. " Oliver looked at the mirror while adjusting his clothes. He smiled while looking at his appearance and he didn't look ugly but he was not messy either. .
" I do look old, huh? " Oliver muttered, he already had wrinkles under his eyes and mouth but he still had hair. He decided to keep long hair and he invested good amount of money in skin care treatment and hair loss because he didn't want to become like his father who lost his hair when he was 40 years. Both of his parents were alive and kicking.
He was wearing a blue T-shirt with black pants, a watch on his wrist, and a golden thread necklace on his neck which he had been wearing since he was 27 years old when visiting SEA.
' Let's go! I will need to drive more than an hour to reach her university. Sigh! Should I live in the city? ' Oliver questioned himself and he bought this house because he was broke, now he had enough financial strength to buy apartments or a house in Tokyo.
' Current place is great. ' Oliver denied and he was going to buy to have physical assets, he loved the quietness of his location.
He drove his Toyota which he brought nearly 10 years ago and it was still in a good condition. He drove to her university and it nearly took him more than an hour and a half to reach her place. Tokyo was always busy and full of people's presence.

Oliver stopped the car in front of the convenience store which was not far from the University and he usually stopped the car when he met her.

It looked like she was using phone and immediately replied him.

A few minutes later, someone knocked on the windshield and Oliver opened the door, the girl sat down on the seat beside him.
" You look great, Yui. " Oliver immediately praised her and inside the car was filled with a young female's odor, Oliver quite loved that.
" Thank you, Uncle. " Yui thanked Oliver with a smile.
' Yes! HOT PANTS are the best. ' Oliver praised inside his mind while looking at Yui's sexy body.
She was wearing yoga short hot pants that showed her white legs and only covering her small parts of her waist .She was quite beautiful with fox like eyes and a slender body that worked up very hard in gym. Her breasts were moderately large and her ass was pear-shaped. She was around 150 centimeter and while Oliver was 182 centimeters. She was wearing long sleeve-tight T-shirt and tied in a ponytail.

" Are you going to end the relationship? Uncle. " Yui faced her problem clearly.
' Really, this girl is cute. ' Oliver chuckled and he never had that kind of courage at her age.
" Not at all. Why should I? How many old men like me you have been hanging on to? " Oliver asked as both of them stared at each other.
" Uncle is the only one. The last fish got slipped 3 months ago after he demanded sex so I refused. " Yui said with an expressionless face.
" Uncle is my only focus from the start. "
"Why? Is that because I'm easy " Oliver asked as he started the car's engine.
" Because you're kind. " Yui replied with a mischievous smile, sticking out her tongue.
" you're not going to deny, huh? " Oliver said.
" Well, I have something to say. You can agree or disagree. I will tell you after a few minutes later. " Oliver drove the car to the real estate broker and it was not that far from his location but the traffic was heavy.
"I knew Uncle would say something the moment I saw his face." Yui said as both of them chatted about her daily life and Oliver just listened to her.
" Hi! Are you Oliver? " Oliver parked the car and the staff asked him while opening the door. Oliver called the office when he was waiting for Yui.
" Yes! I'm. " Oliver nodded his head.
" Then, please follow me. You want to see the apartment directly? " The staff asked him and the staff was male so his eyes were on Yui. Yui closed her mouth and followed behind Oliver silently.
" Yes, if that is possible. " Oliver replied as he held Yui's hands gently, Yui looked at him but didn't say anything.
The staff brought them to the office and explained about the apartment. Currently, the apartment's price in Tokyo was sky-high due to luxury apartment's price rising like a fucking rockets.
" So the total price is 10 million dollar! Right? " Oliver asked and while looking at the model of the apartment. It existed in the center of Tokyo and the price was very high but it was a luxury apartment with a private pool and on the top floor with a small garden, private was granted.
' it is definitely high for a luxury apartment. Well, I got money so let's buy it. ' Oliver thought.
" Ok! I will buy this. Fully pay in cash. " Oliver said after thinking a second. The staff had a surprised face but he quickly concealed his big smile. After all, it was a 10 million dollar deal so he was going to get a big commission that was worthy of a million Yen.
" Sir! Do you want a room tour? " The staff asked.
Oliver nodded his head and Oliver followed behind the staff's car. The apartment existed an incredibly good location and it even had it's own elevator.
Oliver had a surprised face when he saw the interior of the apartment and he decided to sign the contract. He paid to the company's bank account after the boss of the company came to the office. The boss immediately smiled and only said with sweet words, licking his butt with a big smile. After all, Oliver bought with full cash. It didn't take time to finish everything and Oliver returned to his car with contracts and apartment keys. The staff already added his fingerprint to the lock and everything was so fast when Oliver said he was going to buy the apartment.
" How was it? " Oliver asked with a smile and Yui was very quiet the whole time, she was perhaps trying to make sense of the current situation. She knew that Oliver was not rich.
" How did you get so much money? Why are you showing me? " Yui asked with a questioning tone and she was dumbfounded by the situation she was in. 10 million dollars was something she was not able to imagine and Oliver paid in full.
" Well, let's say I won the lottery. About my motive, don't you know? I want to become your sugar daddy. I will support your entire life and make you live carefree. If you want that kind of apartment, I will buy it for you right now if you agree" Oliver said with a smile and looked at her.
He already studied his system and collecting ' Sugar Babg ' was a very big necessary step for his system. It was like getting energy to operate the system. It said ' Sugar Daddy System ' and if he didn't collect ' Sugar Babies ' , it was against the rule.
" What is the catch? " Yui asked while thinking. She could get 10 million dollars if she only said ' Yes ' , she felt everything had gone crazy. 10 million dollars, who was stupid enough to spend on a woman like her?
" You will become mine and I will never become yours."
" How about this? "
" I will give you 1 million Yen every month to support you and I will buy a 100 million Yen apartment for you as a grantee. "
" Think first, you just need to give me an answer after the date. "
Oliver looked at Yui's thoughtful face and she looked like she was going to explode from thinking a lot.
" Let's go shopping. I will buy whatever you want. " Oliver said there was only silence in the car.
