Chapter 2: CHAPTER 2
"you summoned me, why?". Trying to process what she just heard, she ran to the bathroom and put on her robe and came back to the room, moving closer to the mysterious man and pointing her index finger at him she yelled. "who are you? A theif or a pervert, how dare you come into my room, how did you get in? How dare you even sit on my bed, you son a bitch"
"why did you summon me? I was having a good nap" the man said and she scoffed
"are you mentally sick or are you acting a movie and you are trying to secretly use me, in other to have a perfect scene like I watched in a movie, few weeks back"
"you summoned me, why" the man repeated
"What are you? A genie or a god because I simply can't understand why you keep saying, you summoned me why" she mimicked
"because you did"
"what! will you get the fuck outta of my bed" she shouted and the man didn't move an inch, he still had his leg crossed and his hands, still on his laps and she opened her mouth in awe, amazed at the man boldness. She picked up her phone from her reading table and pointed it at the man, who stared at it with kin interest. "I will call my friend now, he his an officer and I will make sure you get arrested and thrown in jail, you came into my house to steal and pep at me while I was bathing, you are guilty of both theft and sexual harassment, let me see, that should be about five years in prison" she ranted. "wait did y-you s-s-see" nevermind" she said and waved her hand, then dialed James number.
Calohun stared at her, watching her has she displayed nothing less than what seems like madness to him. He had just finished his meal and was having a good nap, when he had someone calling him and she was the one and now she is denying it. He didn't move an inch, he sat on the bed comfortably, it was soft and pleasant to sit on and he loved it, it made him feel relaxed.
Eliza dropped the call and stared suprising at the man who was still sitting on her bed, she groaned in frustration and left for the sitting room to wait for James and the rest of the officers. about 10 minutes later, James arrived with his team and rushed into the house hurriedly. He sighed in relief when he found her sitting on the couch, okay.
"Eliza are you okay?" he asked
"hm" she replied and stood up and gave her friend a heartwarming hug and he hugged her back. James and Lizzy are her only childhood friends whom she had played with and done everything together with. James continued to stare at her relieved that she was okay, he had almost passed out when she called and told him a theif broke into her house, she omitted the part of the man seeing her half naked, that alone arose anger in her, giving her head ache.
"Where is the theif?" James asked
"in my room, sitting on my bed with his leg crossed and his hands on his laps" she said
"what" James shouted and signaled his team mate to arrest the man. He loved her, without her knowledge, to her he was just a friend she cherished, but to him, she is the woman who holds his heart. His team mate brought Calohun out of the room with his arms handcuffed to his back, and James opened his mouth in amazement, his dazzling deep blue eyes carried an aurora that made him tremble inwardly. He gulped down his spit and spoke. " take him away, I will join you soon and his team mate obeyed and left the room with calohun.
"will you be okay by yourself because I have to leave now, or should I call Lizzy to come over"
"no I will be fine"
"did you find any of your items with him?" he asked
"no, except him sitting on my bed, like it was his"
"okay maybe because you caught him before he had the opportunity to"
"you are right"
"I will take my leave"
"okay" she said and saw him off to the door
"alright, bye, thank you" she said
"bye, take care I will check up on you later" he replied and headed to the patrol car to Join his colleagues.
Eliza watched as the patrol car left the compound with the mysterious man in it and sighed. She shut the door and turned and her eyes fell on the wall clock and her eyes widened. "Oh no the appointment, am late" she said to herself and rushed to her room, to get dressed.
