Chapter 1: Awakening
'Where the hell am i? Ughh, my head fucking hurts.. i just lived and died a whole life so i guess i should be on some kind of afterlife huh?'
"Daeho?! Are you finally awake?! Hurry Mia!, call the doctor!"
"A-alright mom! Dont shout too much near him! He just woke up, be careful"
'I guess not.. so my new name is Daeho huh? I open my eyes and see a beautiful looking woman with a brown hair in a ponytail, looking very concerned at me. First i should try to talk and figure out my situation.'
"W-where am i?" Shit, im more jaded than i thought!
"You're on the hospital Daeho, you were involved in an accident and broke a few bones! Doctor says you're body is slowly healing but tell me how you feel right now?"
"I feel terrible right now, i cant seem to remember anything.."
"Oh no my poor baby! How about me do you remember me??" 'The woman is slowly tearing up and is trembling, i cant help but feel bad for her..'
"Im sorry, but i can't.."
"Oh Daeho no!" At this point she breaks down and hugs me tightly while sobbing
"M-my name is June and im your Mom okay?, ill introduce you to your siblings later after we make sure you're fine okay?"
"Alright mom, thanks"
The doctor suddenly entered alongside another beautiful girl. Shes a blondie with a very long hair.
"Hey Doctor, my son has an amnesia! What should we do..."
"Im gonna answer some questions and conduct some few tests and then we'll see where we can go from there"
After some questions and procedure, its been decided that my memories are almost impossible to be recovered due to the extent of the injury.
Apparently we've been quite lucky and i didn't sustain more permanent brain damage apart from the memory loss, and i can live normally besides that.
"Doc is there really no way for him to recover his memories?!" My mom barely stopped crying after hearing the news..
"Mom, im okay.. please stop crying"
"Aww Daeho come here!" My mom proceeds to give me a huge hug and it hurt a bit due to my bruises but, it feels so soft and comforting.. i think we both needed this so i tried my best to hug her back.
"Daeho it's gonna be okay, we'll work through this together okay? All of us, together"
The blonde woman, who was introduced earlier as my older sister Mia, also joined the hug and is tearing up too.
At this moment i realized that i already love this family and i would do anything to protect it.

'No response huh, i guess i should just pick something first.. i should probably pick something that is very easy to explain.. its gonna be weird for me to introduce someone when i have an amnesia.. or to have a huge ass weapon suddenly'

'Oh gee thanks thats actually very helpful. If its that the case i might pick the character one. Im still recovering and are very weak right now so selecting weapons right now would be very risky while having a summon running around while im recovering is very useful. Companions is a choice too but right now i need someone who can do a lot for us immediately.'
'The fact that i have this ability already tells me that im not on a very safe place. I have to be ready and should focus on trying to get information.'
