Chapter 6: Secret hide out place...
Caressing her hair lovingly, Laura replied, "I miss you everyday, Ely. I'm your mother and it's quite obvious for me to be worried about you which lead me to miss you more than you can even imagine.."
Elysia smiled brightly and kissed her mother's cheeks lovingly.
Moving away from her, Elysia pouted with an adorable face of hers as she said, "Mom, I'm too much hungry to even speak. Though it's not dinner time yet, I still want to eat something.."
Seeing her daughter behaving like a kid, Mrs. Davies smiled and said, "Sure baby. You go upstairs to your room and change up first..
I have made your favourite snacks. Till you come down, I'll fry them up and serve you with the red sauce."
"Yayyy!! My mom is the best mother of the world." Elysia squealed in joy and sprinted upstairs with full of excitement.
Both of the parents watched their daughter amusingly with a smile on their lips.
"Though she is already so grown up but still a child from her heart.." Mrs. Davies said still looking at the way of the stairs.
Mr. Davies couldn't contend his smile at all and said, "Yes, my princess is the best. Though she show her tough side to the world most of the time, but actually she is still the sweet and caring person from the heart."
"You are right. That one particular incident had changed our daughter completely. But thankfully, she's still the same bubbly girl to us.." Laura said with a sigh.
Hearing his wife mentioning about a particular incident of the past which had forced their always cheerful daughter to turn into a comparatively rude one, Aaron's expression converted into hard one.
He gritted his teeth in anger and stated with a stern and serious face, "I think, it would be best if we don't talk about that incident."
Analysing the sudden demeanor change of her husband, Mrs. Davies sighed again and said, "Hmmm… You are right. Now let's go and prepare the snacks for your princess. Otherwise, she'd start nagging and complaining again."
Mr. Davies laughed at the mention of this habit of his daughter as he remembered what she was exactly capable of doing if she didn't get her food on time…

Ivan walked through the big hall and entered the elevator being followed by his assistant, Brian.
"Have the officials arrived yet?" Ivan asked while rolling the sleeves of his shirt.
"Yes, Boss. They already are here and waiting for you so that they can start the meeting." Brian informed.
"Good. Keep them busy. I'll be there in a few minutes after changing my attire." Ivan said after coming out of the elevator.
"Okay Boss." Brian politely bowed towards him in respect and left for the meeting room to keep the officials' mind diverted.
Ivan entered his office which was on the topmost floor of the huge office building. His cabin was not actually a work room but a complete en-suite.
It was so large that more than fifty people could be able to shift there without any problem.
There was a gigantic window at one of the part of the wall from where you can see the city view clearly.
One big desk was placed at another part of the big suite which was facing the comfy couch directly..
The whole room was painted beautiful in the combination of the most soothing colors which were light blue and grey.
There was different kinds of bookshelves which was filled with almost all kind of books of different shapes...
But what people would be more attracted to was the black wooden door in there.
But the problem was that Ivan never allowed anyone to enter there, so it was only his secret hide out place from the ruthless world...

Davies Mansion...
Elysia was happily chatting with her parents while munching one piece of French fries..
"Hahaha.. Dad, you're really funny. Then tell me what happened next. I'm really getting anxious right now." Elysia said with her big doe like eyes widened in both shock and amazement.
Mr. Davies smiled and continued to tell her the whole story about his college life with his best friends..
"Then when we're about to jump over the wall to get out of the hostel sneakily, the watchman caught us there and complained to the hostel manager...
We get scolded so much that day, you can't even believe. Not only that, they were even ready to expel us from there. But somehow, we managed to assure him that we'll not pull this kind of stunt anymore and finally he agreed." Mr. Davies said, remembering his old days with college friends.
Elysia too laughed with him but stopped when she noticed that her mother was present there physically but her mind was somewhere else.
What it felt like a decade, Mrs. Davies finally came out of her trance and asked seriously, "Ely, how is your relationship going on with your boyfriend now?"
