Synopsis
“Alpha Troy! Over here!” I yelled, raising my hand for help. I was under attack by a monster while saving my mates.
The four of them heard me cry out as the creature clawed me and slammed me against the wall.
“Help me!” I gasped, but their attention shifted when a soft cry came from the other side.
It was Oriana, the gentle princess and a warrior, a combination most men lusted after.
But not my mates.
They were in my troupe, my friends, my lovers. We shared a bed, a bond. I knew they would save me.
“Ohhh! I’m going to die,” she whimpered again, though she could have stood up easily. The monster’s focus was on me.
“Yorick!” I screamed, reaching for another of my mates, struggling to escape, my leg tangled in silver chains.
My mates looked at me and then at her—and I saw it. The shine of love in their eyes.
In a heartbeat, they ran to her. My heart slowed. Tears welled up.
Oriana had warned me: when it came down to it, they would choose her. She told me they only used me to pass time in the dorm room because I agreed for gangbang while other she-wolves did not.
And now, right before my eyes, they were leaping into battle—for her.
“We’ll come back for you, don’t worry,” Haiden shouted, as if that erased the betrayal.
At that moment, the monster turned back to me. And I knew there would be no saving me.
So I prayed they’d live long enough to regret their choice.

Clementine had spent her life as the insufferable daughter of an alpha—tough, rebellious, and uninterested in love, especially in a world where male wolves were allowed multiple mates. Tired of her attitude, her stepmother forced her into an academy built to train fighters against deadly monsters.

But when they fought side by side on the battlefield, something strange happened–Clementine felt a mate bond with all of them.
At first, things turned steamy. Hatred became desire. Tension turned into passion.
But then, Clementine saw the truth: when it came down to it, they would always choose someone else over her.
To them, she had only ever been a distraction, a toy to share and throw away.

Now that I’m 92 chapters in, I thought I should leave another review. I found the storyline still very intriguing! I do love mysteries and have a hard time putting it down. Thank you for having so many chapters published already. Clementine is a strong female character, mostly because she’s had to be. She’s also not a typical girl either, which I find endearing. I love that the book starts off this way, with a strong, yet mouthy, female. I cannot wait to learn why there is so much hate going around and whether it’s warranted or not. My guess is it’s unwarranted. If so, how the guys will win her back. (I’m trying not to give anything too specific away😬) Still loving it!
A very unique world design; different than other stories so far. Definitely makes you want to keep reading to find out the "whys". Love how many chapters gets released each week!
I am here for a regret arc but it has not started yet. when would princess oriana come?
Dear author, I am following this novel from the beginning. I loved it and I loved the sequence of events and it is different from the rest of the novels. I hope it will always remain so creative, but why the chapters do not appear? Chapters are 36/41😡😔😔😔Why only?
I think at this point in the story, the author lost control a bit. I've read several stories where the protagonist goes through numerous humiliations at the hands of the main male leads, only for them to later undergo a redemption arc, suffer a little – which in my opinion doesn't nearly make up for what they did to her – and end up together in the end. But when what they did made her suffer so much and lose all trust in them and in herself, to the point where any normal human being who went through that would spend their entire life wondering if they can really trust their partner... is it even worth it? In the end, there might even be a reason to forgive the male leads, but that feeling they could once awaken in her will never be as real and intense again. With all due respect, I could say I 'lost all interest' in all of them. At this point, I don't think even that classic 'they were under the influence of some magic' excuse could fix the situation, because it's impossible to forget what they did. I just wanted her to finish whatever is happening in the North, rebuild herself as the Alpha Queen, make all of them regret their actions, and end up with a second-chance mate who would truly value her and treat her as she deserves. Really invested in this book. Hooked me super fast. The female lead is so tough. She’s been through a lot and keeps fighting but still is incredibly empathetic….although I’m really scared of any betrayals because of the blurb/description on the booms about page…this is also my second book with this author so I knew I have to just buckle in for that roller coaster of emotions whether I’m ready or not
I really like what ive read so far, it makes me want to know more and more about everything thats going on. I just wish the chapters were slightly longer

This book is so intriguing and keeps you stuck not wanting to put it down. There are some typos that need fixing and occasionally I think she puts the wrong characters name in when talking about a diff character. Currently at 328/353 and wondering why I need to" purchase privilege" chapters to continue that will be taken away at the end of the month? As I feel the story is nowhere near to done that means there will before chapters that I will jave to "purchase privilege " chapters too for them to be taken away? Sorry I love this book and desperately wish to finish it, but not if progress i pay for gets taken away that doesn't seem fair to me.

I’ve only read the first 3 chapters and I’m totally hooked! Cannot wait for more chapters to be released In this world of werewolves women are oppressed. Males typically take multiple wives. Each one fighting for attention from their male mate. Clementine, the female lead, hates this about their world. So she purposefully dresses in oversized clothing to hide her figure and hats to hide her hair. So she doesn’t attract attention from the males. Clementine is a strong young woman who has grown up stubborn, angry, and defiant. Her words. Her family is extremely toxic with her dad and stepmom deciding to send her north for training and to fight the monsters that are taking over. If this is like other AlexisDee books you can expect drama, intrigue, and twists you do not see coming. Definitely give this book a chance. You won’t regret it!😁❤️📖
